Adivi Sesh and Adah Sharma’s Kshanam is now releasing on February 26th. The movie was earlier planned for March 4th release but due to intense competition from Manchu Manoj’s Shourya and Naga Shourya’s Kalyana Vaibhogame, the makers have advanced the release date so as to avoid a clash.

The makers have managed to stir good expectations in the audience with their unique promotional content. Kshanam is a thriller which revolves around the missing of a little girl. A new comer Ravikanth is making his directional debut with this film. Adivi Sesh himself penned story for this film.

Anchor Anasuya will be seen in a full length in the film as a Police officer. This is her first full length role in films after a little role in Soggade Chinni Nayana. She in order to play her role, closely studied a few women police officers and the makers say she rocked the show in the film. PVP Cinemas is producing the movie. Sri Charan is the music composer.

Natural Star Nani’s latest offering, Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gadha is doing very well at the Overseas box office. On Monday, the movie crossed half million dollars gross there. It has collected $39,489 on Monday which is a partial holiday in USA.

Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gadha has to collect $750K gross in its full run to be a break-even venture. If it manages to touch the million mark, it will be his third ‘One million dollars’ film for the actor. The movie has got excellent reviews and positive WOM.

But back home, the movie is slightly on lower side in terms of collections. The movie’s box office performance is not in accordance to the talk and reviews it got. The makers are trying to give it a push with extensivel publicity. They are also going on a success tour in both the Telugu States.

Mega Prince Varun Tej made his filmy debut amid huge expectations but he is not so successful till date. Except his second film, Kanche which is an average, remaining two films ended up as miserable flops. Varun was to act in a film titled Rayabhari in the direction of his Kanche director, Krish for his fourth project.

But now the project is put on hold as the makers could not obtain necessary permissions for shooting. As per the script requirement, 90% of the movie shoot has to be canned in foreign locales. Varun Tej may act in a film to be directed by Gopichand Malineni in the place of this Rayabhari.

Gopichand Malineni is called as a minimum guarantee director. Even though his movies are not big hits, he is known to deliver films with reasonable commercial success. The official announcement of the project is likely to take place in a day or two.

After a brief break, the team of Baahubali – The Conclusion started a new schedule of the film from today at Aluminium Factory. This will be a long schedule there and Anushka joined the movie unit in this schedule. The entire shooting is expected to finish by October and then it will enter extensive post production phase.

Baahubali – The Conclusion is being planned for year end release or early 2017 depending on the time taken by Rajamouli for the post production work. We know that 40% shooting of the second part is already complete along with the first part.

‘Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali?’ is the million dollars question asked by film enthusiasts across the nation. Every one are eagerly waiting for the release of the second part for the answer for this particular question. The film’s first part collected 600 Crore gross across all the languages it released and it is one of the biggest hits in Indian Cinema.

Ace Comedian Brahmanandham once used to shoulder films entirely with his track. But in recent times, he slowed down considerably and many people have started writing him off. But according to sources, Brahmi will make a strong comeback with NTR’s next, Janatha Garage. Koratala penned a highlight character for the ace comedian.

The movie will start rolling towards the end of this month. The first schedule will be more of Mohanlal’s shoot. Tarak will join the shoot a week later. The makers are considering Janatha Garage (with a tagline – Ikkada Anni Repairlu Cheyyabadunu) as the title of the film even though they did not announce it officially.

The makers are planning to release the movie on August 12th, 2016. The release date working in the movie’s favour as there is a long weekend holiday due to Independence day holiday on Monday. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music as Koratala’s previous films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu.

Latest rumours in film nagar have it that Legend star Nandamuri Balakrishna would be teaming up with director Krish for his much awaited 100th film. But even before the rumours gain momentum, it’s learnt that the combo is not on cards as of now. When contacted, sources close to the actor deny the reports of the combination adding that nothing is confirmed as of now.

“Things would shape up within a week or so, only after Balayya gives nod to a bound script. Since it’s his 100th film, there are several expectations on the movie and he’s very particular about the project he’s going to take up. Yes, there would be social message as well,” said a source in the know.

It’s also buzzed that Balayya liked Krish previous films and he might work with him in future. But for his 100th film, he’s preoccupied with many offers. He’s likely to pick one among them. Many top production houses are queuing up to bankroll this prestigious film. More details are awaited.
