The discussions, debates and the war of words that started when Pawan Kalyan made his speech during the pre-release event of Sai Dharam Tej’s Republic, hasn’t yet come to an end. Pawan’s speech was politically fuelled, on the higher side, but it also can’t be denied that he was addressing a key topic related to Tollywood, of which he is a major part. Yet, Pawan has been attacked by several key ministers, MLAs, MPs, and other supporters of the YSRCP.
Pawan has launched his ‘Sramadanam’ program in the East Godavari district today, and from the moment he landed in the airport, to the moment he began giving his speech, the situations were highly tense, as the Police department didn’t give permission for the event in the district. Despite that, Pawan began giving his speech in the heavy rainfall that began in the district and addressed various issues in it.
He gave a strong counter to all those who criticised him, from the people within the industry, to those in the political arena. Furthermore, Pawan went on to say that he’s not scared of the profanity that is being used against him in the media, and in public, by his rivals, and said that he would continue to work towards the welfare of the state, and its people, beginning with the condition of the roads in the state. Pawan asked the government to show a single road without a pothole in it and said that he and his party wouldn’t rest until justice is served, and caste politics are stopped in the state, while also clarifying that the days of his silence and patience are over.
