It is a sort of quid pro quo deal between Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan.
Both of them are complimenting each other’s outburst against YSR Congress party government led by Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy in Andhra Pradesh.
The other day, Pawan Kalyan held a huge rally in Visakhapatnam streets in the name of “long march” for a short distance and addressed a public meeting to express solidary with the building construction farmers who are allegedly suffering due to sand crisis in the state.
Pawan Kalyan sought the support of all the opposition parties for his rally, but only Telugu Desam Party responded to his appeal. Chandrababu Naidu sent his party leaders K Atchen Naidu and Ch Ayyanna Patrudu for the public meeting.
Now, it is the turn of Pawan Kalyan to reciprocate to Naidu’s gesture.
On Wednesday, the TDP chief sent a delegation of party leaders including Atchen Naidu and Varla Ramaiah to the Jana Sena party chief at his residence to seek his support to Naidu’s 12-hour long deeksha at Vijayawada on Thursday against sand shortage in the state.
Pawan Kalyan readily expressed his solidarity to Naidu’s deeksha but it is not certain whether he would be attending the deeksha or not or send his party leaders to the venue, just as Naidu did to Jana Sena chief rally at Visakhapatnam.
Speaking to media, Varla Ramaiah thanked Pawan for supporting Chandrababu’s deeksha. All the other parties, too, including the Bharatiya Janata Party, supported Babu’s Deeksha, he said.
