Oberoi Real company Worli is constructing a luxury apartment named 360 West on Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli In collaboration with another company in Mumbai. As part of this, a luxury penthouse was constructed in Tower B on the 63rd floor which is spread across an area of 29,885 square feet. The luxury triple-bedroom penthouse has all the required facilities and amenities. B K Goenka, the Chairperson of Welspun Group bought the penthouse by spending a massive amount of Rs 230.55 crores.

However, the owner of the DMart company Radhakishan Damani bought around 28 plots in the same apartments by spending a whopping Rs 1238 crores a few days back. Experts are saying that the flats are being sold for a fancy amount as they are in a costly area in Mumbai and it has facilities like Beach View and others. It is said that a single apartment sold for Rs 230.55 crores is by far the most costly deal in the nation as of now.
