Photo Story: ‘Devara: Part 1’ Gets Pushed From April To October!

Young Tiger NTR’s highly anticipated film, ‘Devara,’ directed by Koratala Siva, has been pushed back from its original April 5th release date to October 10th. This pan-Indian project, touted for its grand scale and unique subject matter, has faced unforeseen circumstances leading to the delay.

Initially announced for an April release, the makers confirmed the date with a “100 Days To Go” poster just weeks ago. However, recent developments forced a change in plans, leaving fans disappointed with an eight-month wait.

A newly released poster featuring NTR in action mode signifies the new October 10th release date across the globe. While the exact reason for the delay remains undisclosed, rumors point towards incomplete filming, pending music compositions by Anirudh, and Saif Ali Khan’s injury impacting shooting schedules. Additionally, the decision to split the story into two parts necessitated script adjustments, contributing further to the postponement.

Fans eagerly await NTR’s return to the big screen, as his last theatrical release was in mid-2022. The wait now extends to October, marking a two-and-a-half-year gap between his appearances.

Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead, while Saif Ali Khan assumes the antagonist role in this action-packed drama. The film boasts a talented crew, including editor Sreekar Prasad, presenter Kalyan Ram under ‘NTR Arts’, producers Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna, and actors Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko in supporting roles. Renowned cinematographer Rathnavelu and production designer Sabu Cyril complete the team.

While the delay may be disheartening for fans, the revised release date promises a grand cinematic experience. ‘Devara’ continues to garner immense interest, and the wait is sure to be worth it with its action-packed story, talented cast, and renowned crew.
