Karimnagar police has lodged a case against Jabardasth TV show anchor Rashmi, judges Naga Babu, Roja and artistes Seshu, Sudhakar following a complaint from one Keti Reddy Anji Reddy from Timmapur. The petitioner has approached a local court against Jabardasth team for allegedly belittling Brahmin community.
Keti Reddy stated that one of the recent episodes featured Brahmin community in poor light and even showcased them in disrespectful manner. Convinced with his argument, court directed LMD police to book the case against the people involved with this skit.
Cops are further investigating the case. Even before the unit is yet to come to terms with physical attacks against comedian Venu by Goud community members, the latest case for demeaning “Brahmins” come as surprise.
