Jackky Bhagnani, husband of actress Rakul Preet Singh and owner of the prominent Bollywood production house Pooja Entertainment, is embroiled in a social media controversy. Several crew members have accused the company of withholding their payments.
Ruchita Kamble, a former crew member, took to social media to express her frustration and expose the alleged unethical practices. In a scathing post, she urged others not to associate with Pooja Entertainment due to their “unprofessional” and “unethical behaviour.” She further highlighted the company’s disregard for contractual obligations, specifically mentioning delayed payments exceeding the initially promised 45-60 working days.
Kamble’s post resonated with another user who shared a similar experience. They claimed to be among over 100 crew members from a project two years prior who remain unpaid for two months of work. This user further emphasized the apparent disparity in treatment between actors, who are reportedly paid promptly, and crew members who struggle to receive their rightful compensation.
Jackky Bhagnani, known for producing recent films like “Coolie No. 1” and “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” has yet to address the allegations. Pooja Entertainment, established in 1986, boasts a long history of Hindi film production. However, these accusations cast a shadow over the company’s reputation and raise concerns about its treatment of employees.
