Dazzling stalwart Pooja Hegde is one of the top actresses in the country. She is doing projects simultaneously in South as well as North. It is well known that Pooja is made to live in luxury hotels all the times due to her profession which takes her one place to another constantly. The ‘DJ’ actress bought a house in Mumbai last year and designed it to her liking.
Recently, she gave a home tour to everyone as a part of promoting the renowned Asia Paints brand. We see a lot of celebrities giving home tours but Pooja’s house looks very classy and elegant. Starting from the colours, wall designs, living area, kitchen, bedroom to everything, the house has been designed according to Pooja’s taste.
She said, “I had both working parents. My mom worked, my dad worked but what was amazing is that when my dad came back from work, he never brought work home or his stress. He always came back home alive, like a child. He would play games with us. So somewhere, that affected the way I look at my house.”
The description reads, “Pooja Hegde’s abode of happiness is a collection of stories. Almost like a film reel running through the floor and the walls, each element in this home is a movie with love, life and drama that brings a feeling of belonging, comfort and calm to the superstar herself. The home makes use of space smartly, with hidden doors that reveal storage space. Colours through the home are in pastels, while the lights and fixtures around the house make use of exposed filaments as a motif. It’s rare to see a home like this one: built with the wisdom of older homes in India, and paired with a modern design aesthetic that mirrors the best in the world.”
