National media speculated that, Bollywood actress and Kings XI Punjab co-owner Preity Zinta doubted her team members involvement in match fixing. She even complained to BCCI regarding the same in a recent meeting. According to the reports, “Zinta said her team’s approach was suspicious, but couldn’t lodge formal complaint in the absence of evidences.”
Shocked with the reports, Zinta clarified that the news is completely false. The actress also stated that she is proud of her team, though it failed to reach semi finals in last IPL season. Preity cleared the air by releasing a statement:
