Senior Telugu Desam Party leader and Vijayawada MP Kesineni Srinivas alias Nani has been embarrassing his own party leaders including party president and former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu through his controversial comments on social media platform Twitter for the last few weeks.
But there is one person who has launched a counter-attack on Kesineni using the same social media platform. He is YSR Congress party leader and industrialist Potluri Vara Prasad, better known as PVP.
Irrespective of whether Kesineni tweets about YSRC or chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy or for that matter any other party or leader, PVP is coming out with a strong retort, pushing the MP to corner.
For the last few days, former employees of Kesineni Travels promoted by Kesineni have been staging dharna in front of his office demanding payment of wage arrears pending for the last three years.
The Vijayawada MP clarified to the media that he had no dues to be paid to any employee and if anybody comes with proper evidences, he was ready to pay them.
But the employees have not stopped the agitation and it took a serious turn with the entry of Communist Party of India (CPI) workers in the stir.
This has angered Kesineni, who tweeted that the Communist parties which had glorious history had been facing extinction only because they had become hired parties.
Within no time, PVP gave a strong retort to Kesineni: “I am also feeling the same anguish, my friend! How our “Red Brothers,” who had the capacity to challenge the might of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, had been stooped down to fight with a “kaun kiska gaadu” (insignificant fellow) who has glorious history of looting the people.”
This has led to the twitter war between followers of Kesineni and PVP, making the battle all the more interesting!
