The latest news buzzing the media fraternity is the forthcoming news channel from Reddy’s daughter. Bhuma Nagi Reddy’s younger daughter Mounica, who has studied Mass Communications in Australia, is contemplating to set up a regional news channel. It’s said that Mounica has her interests in media and she is said to be serious about starting a news channel. While her elder sister Bhuma Akhila Priya is MLA of Allagadda constituency in Kurnool district.
Since it’s coming with the backing of Bhuma Nagi Reddy, it’d not have much problem for its funding and set up. But how it would be received will depend on its content.
Already, there have been several news channels that are dominating the space. So, it’s not easy for a new news channel to make a lasting impact. Earlier, even YSRCP young MP Mithun Reddy too tried to set up a news channel but later dropped his plans.
Well, one has to see when this Bhuma’s news channel would start.
