Nandamuri Balakrishna is known for his no-nonsense nature. The actor-producer often lands in controversy due to his comments. Earlier he was involved in a slip of tongue. While talking about women he made some objectionable comments. Many asked how a person like Balakrishna who is in a responsible position can make such comments.
Yet again he landed in a new controversy. At the success meet of his recent film ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ Nandamuri Balakrishna allegedly spoke ill of legendary actors of Telugu Cinema ANR and SVR. They are contemporaries of Balakrishna’s father NTR.
Akkineni heroes Akhil Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya reacted to this and said that disrespecting legendary actors like Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao garu, Akkineni Nageshwar Rao garu, and S. V Ranga Rao garu is nothing but disrespecting ourselves. The two heroes shared a post on this.
Kapu Nadu also took a strong objection to Balakrishna’s comments and demanded an apology from the hero. The representatives of the body said that what Balakrishna said was wrong and he should issue an apology.
Now YSRCP Minister Roja joined the row. She said that Balakrishna’s comments are not right and that commenting on such a legendary person sends the wrong message. She asked Balakrishna how it feels if anyone makes similar comments about his father NTR.
NTR and ANR are legendary actors of Tollywood and ruled the industry as leading stars. They are regarded as the two eyes of the industry. So Balakrishna commenting on ANR created a big uproar and everyone is talking about this.
