It is already known that YSRCP member and Narasapuam MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju‘s petition to reject Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail has been rejected in the CBI court. Last week, RRR clarified that his petition got rejected due to technical issues, and even said that he would once again file his petition with solid details.
RRR has now said that he is about to submit his new petition in the CBI court on Monday, as the CBI court has no holiday on Monday. He even said that he would go to the High Court if the CBI rejects his petition this time, and said that he wrote a letter to the CBI court, regarding the same.
Furthermore, RRR said that it would be clear if the public prosecutor is on the side of the law or if he is on the side of the criminal, on Monday. He also said that everyone is interested to know what would happen on Monday.
While filing the petition previously, RRR said that he is filing the petition to show to the people that Jagan is innocent and that he’s been booked in several cases out of pure spite.
