Other day director Parasuram got finally relieved as his next film, two years after Geetha Govindam, got announced with Naga Chaitanya playing the lead. But then, whenever these new films are happening, we hear that the Akkineni star is getting upset. Here’s the reason.
Rather scouting for new faces or trying to get other popular star heroines, whichever director is narrating a story to Naga Chaitanya, is said to be asking ‘We want Samantha’ in the film as a heroine. Earlier RX100 director Ajay Bhupathi also asked for Samantha to play the lead in the story he narrated to Chay. And now, Parasuram is also said to be making a similar demand.
Though Chay has no qualms joining hands with Samantha, the problem is that pairing only with her all the time makes audiences averse of the combination if it fails to attract as it happened in the case of Auto Nagar Surya. Also there are many new faces who could give a new spin to a film rather roping in Samantha opposite Chay.
