Veteran actor Sanjay Dutt played the lead role in Munnabhai franchise which has been out as Munnabhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munnabhai. Both the installments have been smashing hits and they have been remade in several Indian languages.
Now the film’s director Rajkumar Hirani is all set for the third installment which has been kept on hold from the past couple of years. Sanjay Dutt who has been announced convicted in possessing illegal arms is free now and is back to work which is a great news.
Rajkumar Hirani recently revealed that the third installment is on and the pre-production work is currently in process. The script work is in process and the regular shoot of the film will start next year. Sanjay Dutt too is keen on the film and gave his nod for the project.
Rajkumar Hirani is currently busy with Sanjay Dutt’s biopic which features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. We have to wait and see if the third installment lives up the expectations.
