YS Sharmila, the daughter of former united Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy, and the sister of the current Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, is all set to officially launch her party in Telangana, on July 8th. She even registered YSR Telangana Party with the EC and is making all the necessary preparations before she launches her party.
Ahead of launching her party, Sharmila is currently taking up an Odarpu Yatra throughout Telangana’s various districts, to console those families whose members died due to the lack of job opportunities in the state. The TRS government, on the other hand, is finding various ways to obstruct Sharmila’s plans. She’s constantly being stopped by the Police department midway through her journey, on the pretext that she’s not complying with covid norms by going around in huge convoys.
Sharmila today visited the Huzurabad constituency, where she wanted to meet with the family of Neelakanti Sai in Medaram village, and console them, as Sai committed suicide due to unemployment. However, Sai’s house was locked by the time Sharmila got there. The local people are said to have told her that the family was taken away to a secret location by the TRS and that the house was also locked by them.
Following this, slogans were raised against TRS and KCR, and Sharmila promised to release more than 2 Lakh job notifications when her party comes to power in the 2023 general elections.
