Star badminton player Saina Nehwal parted ways with her coach Pullela Gopichand three years ago and now she is said to have returned back to Gopichand. She started working with her coach in Hyderabad since a week. Here’s how she came back.After winning Bronze at London Olympic Games, Saina left Gopichand as she felt like she’s not getting better training. Saina and Gopichand were not in talking terms over the period of three years. After calling it a quits with Gopi, Saina was trained by Vimal Kumar from September 2014 at Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy in Bangalore.
However, after watching Telugu shuttler PV Sindhu performing exceptionally well in the recent Badminton World Cup where she stormed into final, Saina decided to return back. She has been spotted talking to Gopichand during the World Championship in Glasgow, and said to have sorted out the differences
Saina Nehwal will be trained along with PV Sindhu, K Srikanth, P Kashyap and others. Things changed over the past three years as Gopichand turned out to be one of the most prominent coaches and number of champions even emerged. We have to wait and see if Saina Nehwal fits back in this atmosphere
