The Andhra Pradesh wing of Bharatiya Janata Party is on a warpath to foray into the state and to this, the party is using contemporary issues and by commenting on the issue the saffron party is looking to get political mileage. The sad part is that the efforts backfire most of the time.
No matter how hard the party tries, all the efforts go in vain and the voters see the saffron party as an outsider. The party faced disastrous situations in all the elections it had contested. Irrespective of the setbacks, AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju makes sure that he leaves no stone unturned in speaking his heart out.
Crossing the line, Somu Veerraju said that the Kadapa region is the land of killers. He made these comments while talking about the development in the region. He said that there is no development in the region as people hailing from the land are known for killing people.
Drawing a comparison between the YCP and BJP, AP BJP chief said that his party is focused on developments and cited Vijayawada, Tirupati, and Rajahmundry airports as examples for this. Highlighting the developmental programs being done by the BJP, Veerraju said that BJP allotted an airport for Kadapa, which is a land for killers.
He also took a dig at the YCP government on the decision to have an airport in each district. Talking about the decision, Somu Veerraju said, the government which is not bothered to repair the roads, wants to build airports.
