‘Jai Balayya’ is a common slogan used by not just Nandamuri Balakrishna fans but everyone. Such a popular slogan has been turned into a duet for ‘Akhanda’ by Thaman. The song went onto become a chartbuster and Thaman received a lot of accolades for giving such an energetic number for Balakrishna. Now, he is getting trolled for a song with the same title.
As we know, the first song from Balayya’s ‘Veera Simha Reddy’ came out recently. The song is titled ‘Jai Balayya’ once again and it is a complete high-energy number used for elevating the star hero both onscreen and offscreen. There were a lot of expectations on this song but it looks like Thaman is getting criticised despite giving a massy track. As per a lot of netizens, the song shares a striking similarity with iconic ‘Osey Ramulamma’ song and the beats resemble ‘Vachadaiyyo Saami’ from Mahesh’s ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’.
This is making fans very unhappy and there are a lot of memes going on about Thaman allegedly copying the song once again. Also, he is seen dancing to the song in the lyric video. This has led to a lot of trolls as well and we need to see how Thaman responds to it.
‘Veera Simha Reddy’ is directed by Gopichandh Malineni and produced under Mythri Movie Makers banner. Shruti Hassan will be seen romancing Balakrishna while Varalaxmi Sarathkumar plays a key role. There are a lot of noted actors working on this project and the teaser generated a lot of buzz. The movie will be coming out during the Sankranti season.
