Megastar Chiranjeevi is an inspiration for many. His journey is something that everyone looks up to. Not just in the film industry, but his story is a motivation to every person who enters any field as a nobody and wants to make it big. During his recent conversation with Vijay Deverakonda, the legendary actor revealed how he believed in himself throughout his struggling days.
He said, “That imagination didn’t happen in a single day. I used to see some visuals in my mind constantly. I performed in dramas in school and college, for which I received the Best Actor awards. People used to identify me and praise me. I used to feel very proud. That appreciation instilled a desire in me. I learned that celebrities would get huge attention. I kept working towards my dream and prayed to my favorite god, Lord Hanuman. As I believed in myself, I made it big in the industry. I knew I would achieve such status.”
Chiranjeevi stated that there were a lot of hardships, ups and downs and insults as well. He remembered the time when a producer made some harsh comments to his face. He said that he was so hurt that day and didn’t even want to eat. I wanted to become a superstar on that day and used those insults as motivation to my growth.
Talking about his middle-class mentality despite achieving everything, he said that he resonated with Vijay when he said that he puts water in a shampoo bottle after it is completed. He claimed that even he takes the soap pieces and uses them as one even now. He suggested everyone to make soak pits in their houses to save water.
He asked the memers to not make fun of these and to write about them in an honest way so that it helps people. Talking about social media influence, he said, “During the financial year end, I was sitting with my auditors, accountants and lawyers.
They had a PowerPoint presentation ready and I was busy watching Tamil cooking reels when everyone was busy. They are talking technically and I was watching reels.”
