After a feel-good romance Fidaa, Varun Tej is back with Tholi Prema. He has chosen to work with debutante director Venky and Raashi Khanna.
As rightly titled, the film revolves around the first love of the protagonist and the love that left an indelible mark in him and given him ‘pain’.
It is Varun’s solo show in the teaser and the makers have not introduced us who is Varun’s first love and how they were separated and what is holding him back to reunite with her. For this, one has to wait up to the film’s trailer. Visuals are good. Thaman’s scores big with his music that sets the mood, tone of the film. Vaun says, “Mana Jeevitham Loki Entha Mandi Ammayilu Vachi Vellina, Manam First Preminchina Ammayini Eppatiki Marchipolemu.”
This line sums up how much impact she has left on Varun. The teaser is quite promising and especially caters to youth. Looks like, it will be a perfect valentines’ day treat. Get ready for Feb 9.
