Verbal war between TRS and opposition party leaders reached a crescendo. Telangana Panchayat Raj minister J Krishna Rao called the TDP working President A Revanth Reddy a big fool for opposing the Palamuru – Ranga Reddy lift irrigation project taken up in their native Mahbubnagar district.
The minister wondered why TDP was opposing the project which has been conceived by TDP government in the united Andhra Pradesh. Revanth is mudslinging against TRS government only to get media attention.
He also took strong exception to the allegations made by congress senior leader DK Aruna and BJP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy that thousands of crores of rupees siphoned off by ruling party leaders in awarding contract works to the agencies. The two leaders also behaving like fools, Krishna Rao added.
