Mahesh Babu’s next film with Koratala Siva is titled Sreemanthudu. Surprisingly though, the film has a huge line up of top ranking character artistes. Usually, a big hero film does not have very many leading character artistes as the hero is sufficient to draw the audiences to the theatres.
But this time, Koratala Siva has broken the norm and he has opted for more than a popular villain and top heroine. News from the sets is that the film already has Jagapathi Babu and Rajendra Prasad playing key roles in the film.
Nadiya who is the flavour of the season is also playing another important role. The latest addition to the film is Gracy Singh, who will play Mahesh’s mom. Remember Gracy, the girl who played heroine opposite Nagarjuna in Santosham and was also the leading lady to Aamir Khan in Lagaan?
The mother’s role would have gone to Sudha or Pragathi or Pavithra. But the director has signed Gracy Singh. The same applies to the rest of the cast and all care has been taken to increase the hype for the film.
Incidentally, the film will be a family entertainer based on family emotions. Shruti Haasan is playing the leading lady. As per current schedule, the film is being lined up for late summer release.
