Things have worked for the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) and the plenary meeting was held finally after three long years. Despite making plans to go for the meeting in 2019 and 2020, the meeting could not be held due to various reasons like elections and the Covid pandemic. Arrangements were made in a big way for the meeting.
Taking the track record of KCR who had earlier became the talk of the town by serving the guests of the events with an abundance of food, everyone’s attention went to the list of food items that would be made available for the invitees of the plenary meeting.
The invitees of the Plenary meeting that is being held post the Covid impact will have as many as 30 dishes including veg and non-veg. Public and political circles are talking about the meeting with the items mentioned in the menu card for the delegates. The Plenary meeting is underway at the HITEX grounds in Madhapur.
As per the media reports, the menu card consists of items like Romali Roti, Natu Kodi Pulusu, Paya Soup, Dum Chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani, Mutton curry, Boti Fry, Fish Fry, Egg masala, and bagara rice. Seeing the list in the menu brings water in our mouth and we can understand how the invitees would feel while having food.
Special care was taken by the party to see that the vegetarians will also have a variety of items on their plates at the meeting. Gutti Vankaya Kura, Pachi Pulusu, and Palakura Mamidi kaya pappu were made available for the invitees.
The party leaders took special care of the seating arrangements for the invitees and delegates of various designations. Segregation was made for men and women members to offer a better ambiance for the Plenary meeting. More than 6,000 people were invited to the meeting reportedly. The arrangements were made to a level that around 6,000 people can have food at a time.
KCR was elected as the TRS chief one more time at the plenary meeting. Followed by the election, KCR addressed the gathering and gave an insight into the developmental programs and schemes introduced by them. Other states are copying the schemes introduced by TRS, KCR said.
