During the grand finale of Indian Idol season 12, Vijay Deverakonda blessed singer Shanmukha Priya through a video message and promised her to give the chance to sing in his film.
Now, the actor has kept his promise and gave a chance to the singer in Liger, directed by Puri Jagannadh.
Shanmukha Priya crooned a chartbuster in Liger which has tunes composed by Tanishk Bagchi. In a video shared by the team, we can see Shanmukha Priya and her mother visiting Vijay Deverakonda’s house in Hyderabad.
Shanmukha Priya has made a reputation for herself by appearing on reality song shows. During the show, she told the show organizers that she was a big fan of Devarakonda and that she wanted to sing for his film. Now, her dream came true.
Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda is presently working on Liger alongside Ananya Pandey. The romantic sports action film, produced jointly on Puri connects and Dharma Productions, is being made on with a high budget at Pan Indian level.
