Vijayasai Reddy is undoubtedly the right hand to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy in almost every single matter. Both of them have on several occasions stood by each other, no matter what the circumstances turned out to be. This is true when it comes to criticising and trying to pull down their opponents as well.
A few weeks ago, Vijayasai had accused TDP Visakhapatnam East MLA Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu of encroaching and illegally acquiring several government lands. Vijayasai said that the encroaching of several of these lands in Visakhapatnam, by Ramakrishna had led to a lot of problems in the port city.
Following these allegations, Ramakrishna had challenged Vijayasai to swear the authenticity of his allegations in front of God, and in return offered to swear his innocence and the doing of no such things, in front of God.
Vijayasai then interestingly changed his allegations against Ramakrishna and took a completely new turn. Vijayasai started to accuse Ramakrishna of directly stabbing Vangaveeti Mohan Ranga with a knife and asked Ramakrishna to swear that he hadn’t done so, in front of God.
Vanagaveeti Radha, son of Vangaveeti Ranga, had quit the YSRCP some time ago, due to disliking the way the party works. This, however, did not stop Vijayasai from using Ranga’s father’s death for caste allegations and political benefits.
