It is known that Tamil star hero Vijay Sethuathi is a part of the stellar star cast on board Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ambitious historical film, ‘Sye Raa’. Now, here is an exclusive update on the character the Tamil hero is essaying in the film.
Gulte has exclusively learnt that Vijay Sethupathi is on board to play the character of Obayya, the most trusted confidante of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. It is a very crucial character in the film and that it stays by the side of Narasimha Reddy almost throughout the film. Being an acclaimed actor, he can compliment Megastar very well.
Vijay playing Obayya role will help the actor as well as the film. While the Tamil hero can become a noted face to Telugu audiences and thereby try to tap the market here by dubbing his Tamil films, Sye Raa can attract the attention of Tamil audiences thanks to Sethupathi’s presence.
In an interesting scenario, while Vijay Sethupathi is making his Tollywood debut with a film starring megastar, mega family heroine Niharika is making her debut in Tamil film industry with a film starring Sethupathi.
