Vikram Kumar, the director of “Manam” and “24”, is relieved that his high-end concept of time-travel using a watch has struck a chord with majority of urban audiences. The film is performing very well in Andhra, Telangana and Overseas areas than in Tamilnadu state. Happy that Telugu audiences have lapped it up, he has decided to make his next two movies in Telugu only.

“I have already narrated the storyline to Allu Arjun and the film has been finalized. But I need at least five months time to take the movie to the sets. So my film with Allu Arjun will only begin towards end of the year,” Vikram Kumar told the media today. He also informed that the storyline of Allu Arjun’s movie would also be completely different. One more news he spilled out is that Mahesh Babu has also given him a go-ahead to their combination.

“He impressed with the script that I told him. He has agreed to take it to the sets but first I have to wrap up Allu Arjun’s before I work on Mahesh’s movie,” he added. The director is now promoting his “24” in Hyderabad. Vikram Kumar began his career in Tollywood with “Istham” but shot to fame with Madhavan’s movie in Tamil. He shifted his base to Tollywood again with “Ishq” and “Manam”.
