Vikram62: Chiyaan Vikram back to commercial cinema

Chiyaan Vikram is a talented actor in the Indian film industry but he is yet to to get his due. The actor did a coupleof variety films in thepast but the commercial success is far from him. Performances wise, Vikram is a versatile actor who always dedicates himself to the craft. “Pithamagan,” “Sami,” and “Aparichithudu” are the examples. Now, he is coming up with an interesting film which will be directed by Arun Kumar.

The makers announced 62nd film through a teaser. The teaser suggests that this new film will be a rural drama with a unique storyline involving a hero who takes matters into his own hands at a police station. The announcement teaser showcases a woman filing a complaint about molestation, followed by the two alleged culprits arriving at the police station with injuries. The person who beat them up turns out to be the hero of the story, but he doesn’t seem to provide a straightforward answer to the police about his identity.

The teaser hints at a story that is different from the typical mainstream narratives and promises an entertaining and unique cinematic experience. The film will be directed by Arun Kumar, who recently had a hit with Siddharth in “Chitta” (known as “Chinna” in Telugu).
