We are prepared to face the impact of cyclone ‘Yaas’: Jagan said to Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a virtual meeting with the Chief Ministers and officials of the states regarding the cyclone ‘Yaas’. AP Chief Minister Jagan spoke to Amit Shah in the virtual meeting from the camp office in Thadepalli.

Amit Shah instructed the respective states on the action to be taken in the wake of the cyclone Yaas. CM YS Jagan said there was a possibility of a slight impact on the AP. AP CM YS Jagan explained that the government was vigilant and has prepared for the impact.

The states are taking precautionary measures in the wake of the cyclone turning into a severe cyclone in the Bay of Bengal. Also, Eastern Railway said it had canceled 25 trains from today to the 29th of this month.
