Gujarat High Court rejected bail to Patel quota agitation leader Hardik Patel and his aides who were booked under a sedition case in Surat, saying that they may resort to similar unlawful activities and disturb the law and order in the state if released.
Hardik Patel was interrogated by Gujarat police on December 10th and he was asked personal questions, like his girlfriend’s name and what did he do with alleged 84 crore donations. Hardik’s advocate Yashwant Vala has petitioned the court against Gujarat Police in the matter.
