It is almost everywhere now that RX100 fame director Ajay Bhupathi’s tweet ‘Chepa Star’ is, in fact, a jibe at Mass Raja Raviteja only. The news got everywhere that the actor demanded 10 crore remuneration from producer Gemini Kiran after everything is set, and that led to the cancellation of the film now.
As some big print media houses also published the ‘Cheap Star’ news, we have to see if Raviteja will respond on the fiasco or not. The mass hero has to respond because his image is at stake now as he lost that ‘dependable hero’ tag already. With back to back flops, these demands for 10 crore remuneration further distance him from producers and directors.
Though silence is the best option some times, in this case, Raviteja’s silence will only worsen things around his upcoming films. Because other young directors will not dare to approach him withs crips now as the hero got labelled as someone who troubles producers with his remuneration demands.
Meanwhile, Raviteja is shooting for Disco Raja right now under VI Anand’s direction, which is being produced by Ram Talluri.
