The video appears to have been taken during the recent Chhath Puja festival in Bihar. In the video, women are seen pouring water over a Kangaroo-shaped dustbin and paying their obeisance to it. They probably were not aware that it was just a dustbin. The bizarre video has gone viral on social media for the obvious reasons.
