YS Jagan Announces ‘NTR’ District

Giving ruling TDP a jolt, YSR Congress Party President President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced Krishna district will be named after NT Rama Rao, the former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and founder President of the TDP.

He made this announcement while participating in his Yatra in Nimmakuru Assembly Constituency in Krishna district from where NTR born and brought. Soon after his YSR Congress come to power In Andhra Pradesh, Jagan said he will change the name of Krishna district as NT Rama Rao.

He also praised NTR for making Telugu people proud at national and international level. Jagan said the only befitting tribute to NTR is to name after his native district.

In fact, Nimmakuru village was adopted by IT Minister N Lokesh where the minister paid special attention in the overall development of the village.
