The YSR Congress Party being led by Jagan Mohan Reddy is using every opportunity to trouble the TDP Chief and the former Chief Minister, Chandra Babu Naidu. At first, all the YCP leaders criticized Naidu that he was hiding in Hyderabad in this COVID-19 crisis period as a counter-attack tactic all these days.
Now, Naidu is back in Andhra Pradesh and the first thing the YSRCP did is issuing him notices for violating the lockdown rules. It is known that on his way to Amaravati, Naidu was welcomed by his supporters who gathered on the highway in large numbers and Naidu came out of his car to receive their chants.
There were no social distance measures followed by anyone of them and most of them were seen without masks. After issuing the notices to Naidu for this mistake, once again, the relentless YCP government also issued some notices to Atmakur Tahasildar about the Mahanadu. These notices belong to COVID-19 violations and the reason mentioned in them is that the TDP is violating the lockdown guidelines by conducting ‘Mahanadu’ plans with impermissible numbers.
On the other side, the TDP government strongly opposed the allegations and the notices and said that everything they had done is within the guidelines and the cited meeting was attended by just 12 members. So, it seems like these troubles from YSRCP are not going to end soon for TDP.
