‘F3’ released on 27th May and managed to get a positive talk right from the morning shows. The collections were good at the beginning and the family audience loved the hilarious episodes in this film directed by Anil Ravipudi. The heroines too had some funny moments in this flick and they gave decent performances.
It was glamorous girl Mehreen who dominated the first half with her beauty as well as comedy timing. She was quite good in these portions while Tamannaah wasn’t highlighted during this part. Post interval, it was Tamannah who had a meaty role compared to Mehreen who did not have a single dialogue in the second half. Tamanna even had a special makeup and had a few interesting moments in the latter half. But none of these beauties got benefited from ‘F3’ as major credit went into the accounts of Venkatesh and Varun Tej. The remaining was taken by Anil Ravipudi who is the film’s director. It is these three about whom the entire audience are speaking and all the efforts of heroines got wasted.
The success of this film was crucial for Tamannaah and Mehreen as they faced a lot of failures in recent times. Tamannaah is slowly on the verge of fading away while Mehreen had no other film in her hand except ‘F3’. They pinned a lot of hopes on this film but the success of this film served no purpose for these two actresses.
Also, there is a talk inside the film industry that ‘F3’ is still to reach the breakeven mark. The movie completed two weeks of its theatrical run and the buyers are still reportedly in deficit. Dil Raju and Co have publicised right from the first day that it is a universal success but sources say that it is far from reality. Let us wait till we get the official reports from the producers.
Devi Sri Prasad gave the music while Pooja Hegde appeared in the special song. Sonal played a small role in the second half and the movie consists of numerous noted artists like Rajendra Prasad, Sampath, Satya, Murali Sharma, Sunil, Ali, Raghubabu, Pragathi, Annapurna, Vennela Kishore, Srikant Iyengar, Pruthvi, Srinivas Reddy and others.
