Ameesha Patel’s New Romance? Nirav Birla Pics Trend!

0

In the realm of Bollywood, where the spotlight never dims, relationships often create as much buzz as blockbuster movies. Ameesha Patel, once the reigning queen of glamour, has found herself at the center of attention yet again. This time, it’s not for her on-screen charisma but for her rumored romance with Nirav Birla, a man two decades her junior. Viral photos of the two, including one with Ameesha captioning him as “My darling Nirav Birla… Lovely evening,” have sparked a whirlwind of speculation among fans and netizens alike.

What’s catching everyone’s attention is the 20-year age gap between Ameesha and Nirav Birla, a businessman hailing from a prominent family. Netizens, in their usual fashion, have flooded social media with playful comments, teasingly highlighting that Nirav was just six years old when Ameesha made her film debut. Yet, many admirers are cheering her on, praising her ageless charm and unapologetic approach to life and love. After all, if Ameesha’s beauty has been mesmerizing on the silver screen, why shouldn’t it work its magic off-screen too?

As fans discuss whether this is a fleeting fling or something more meaningful, the actress seems unfazed, continuing to enjoy life on her own terms. It’s almost poetic—like the plot of one of her films, full of unexpected twists and timeless allure. Whether this love story stands the test of time or gives way to another viral headline, one thing is certain: Ameesha knows how to keep everyone guessing. And who can blame her? Life, like a Bollywood drama, is always better with a touch of suspense and a dash of glamour!

Fire Accident in Manikonda’s Puppalaguda Apartment

0

A major fire broke out in the Puppalaguda area of Manikonda, Ranga Reddy district. The incident occurred in a flat at the Golden Oriel Apartment complex, reportedly due to an electrical short circuit. The fire quickly spread, and the situation escalated when a gas cylinder exploded, intensifying the blaze. As a result, residents of the apartment rushed out to safety. Five family members from the affected flat managed to escape unharmed.

The flat was completely gutted by the fire, destroying cash, clothes, and valuable items that were inside. It is estimated that the property loss amounts to around Rs 50 lakh.

Firefighting teams struggled for an hour due to a lack of access roads for fire engines, and despite reaching the site on time, they faced challenges in entering the building. Currently, the fire is being controlled with the help of three fire trucks.

Authorities have raised serious concerns about the apartment’s construction, as it violates building regulations, and police are now investigating the developers responsible for the property.

Exposure to antiseizure meds in womb may raise kids’ neurodevelopmental risks

0

New Delhi, Nov 15 (IANS) Children born to women who take antiseizure medications during pregnancy may be at an increased risk of facing neurodevelopmental conditions, according to a large study on Friday.

The findings, published in the journal Nature Communications, showed that children exposed to antiseizure drugs valproate, topiramate, and carbamazepine were linked to specific neurodevelopmental issues.

However, those exposed to the antiseizure drug lamotrigine in utero were at no additional risk for autism or intellectual disability, said researchers at Drexel University.

The team included data from more than three million children from the United Kingdom and Sweden, including 17,495 who were exposed to antiseizure medications during pregnancy.

They found that children exposed to topiramate during pregnancy were 2.5 times more likely to be diagnosed with intellectual disability, which raises their risk to 2.1 per cent by age 12. Yet, the researchers cautioned that the absolute risk of neurodevelopmental outcomes in offspring is low.

“Our findings suggest that while certain medications may pose some risk, lamotrigine may be a less risky option,” said Brian K. Lee, Professor at the Dornsife School of Public Health.

“Active monitoring of any antiseizure medication is critical to ensure safety and effectiveness, particularly during pregnancy,” Lee said.

The researchers noted that the study does not argue against the use of antiseizure medications in patients who benefit, but encourages them to have a conversation with their doctor to determine if their course of treatment is most appropriate for them.

“Decisions should be made that are tailored to individual patients,” said co-lead author Paul Madley-Dowd, a research fellow at the University of Bristol. “Stopping antiseizure medications can cause individual harm and harm to offspring, so these conversations always need to happen with a clinician.”

Meenakshi Chaudhary Shuts Down Marriage Rumors with Sushant!

0

Like a wildfire spreading through dry grass, rumors can spark from a mere flicker and take on a life of their own. Such is the case with Meenakshi Chaudhary, who has found herself at the center of wedding speculation. Recently, the internet has been buzzing with claims that she and her first hero, Sushant, are not just close friends but are planning to get married. These rumors have ignited after photos and stories surfaced, showing the two frequently meeting, fueling the gossip mill. However, Meenakshi has swiftly shut down the chatter, clarifying that these rumors are baseless and simply the result of overactive imaginations.

The relationship between Meenakshi and Sushant began on a professional note when he brought her into the Telugu film industry, and their bond has always remained friendly. In fact, their frequent meet-ups are a testament to their camaraderie, not a prelude to a wedding. Despite their growing friendship, Meenakshi’s team has made it clear that there is no truth to the marriage rumors, and the two are just good friends. The rumors may have caught fire, but the truth is cooler than the speculations. As one netizen put it, only time will tell what unfolds, but for now, it seems like nothing more than a friendly collaboration.

Meanwhile, Meenakshi is riding high on her career, balancing multiple projects across both Kollywood and Tollywood. After the success of Goat in Tamil and Lucky Bhaskar in Telugu, her popularity has only surged. However, her journey has been a mix of hits and misses. After the success of Lucky Bhaskar, her next venture Matka didn’t fare as well. But her spirits remain unshaken as she gears up for her upcoming role in Sankranthiki Yaaraman, a film that she hopes will bring her back to the limelight.

As Meenakshi continues to make waves with her projects, the rumors may fade away like an unscripted subplot in a film. After all, in the movie of life, there are bound to be twists and turns—whether they involve romance, work, or something else entirely. As for Meenakshi and Sushant, it looks like fans will have to wait for the next chapter of their professional journey—perhaps without the wedding bells. But as every good actress knows, the script can change in an instant!

Onagawa nuclear reactor in Japan resumes power output after 13 years

0

Tokyo, Nov 16 (IANS) A reactor at the Onagawa nuclear plant in Miyagi Prefecture, northeastern Japan, has resumed power generation for the first time since the Fukushima nuclear disaster in March 2011, its operator said.

Tohoku Electric Power Company said that the Onagawa No. 2 reactor restarted power generation at 6 p.m. local time on Friday. After an adjustment operation to check for any abnormalities while gradually increasing output, the reactor will be temporarily halted for equipment checks, reports Xinhua news agency.

The reactor is expected to start full commercial operation in December, it added.

The 825,000-kilowatt reactor, if operated at about 70 per cent of its capacity for one year, is estimated to generate electricity equivalent to the power consumption of 1.62 million households, according to Tohoku Electric.

The No. 2 reactor was reactivated on October 29 but was halted on November 4 after an issue was found with a measurement device. After the problem was fixed, the reactor was restarted again on Wednesday.

The three reactors at the Onagawa plant are of the same boiling water type as those at Tokyo Electric Power Company’s Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant, where the country’s worst nuclear accident was triggered by the massive earthquake and tsunami on March 11, 2011.

I’m a fool essentially providing free funding to OpenAI

0

San Francisco, Nov 16 (IANS) An amended lawsuit, filed by Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk in the US against Sam Altman-run OpenAI for abandoning its non-profit stance, has revealed some interesting email exchanges between them.

Musk was OpenAI’s largest financial backer. In 2016, He contributed over $15 million, and in 2017 he contributed nearly $20 million.

“Additionally, through Musk Industries, he leased OpenAI, Inc.’s office space in the Pioneer Building in San Francisco, paid its monthly overhead expenses, and even though he stepped down from the Board and relinquished his status as member on February 21, 2018, he nevertheless continued to make regular contributions to OpenAI, Inc. until September 14, 2020,” read the lawsuit.

All told, the tech billionaire contributed more than $44 million in cash alone to OpenAI, Inc. in its first five critical years.

“It is fair to say that without Musk’s involvement, backing, and substantial supportive efforts, there would have been no OpenAI,” the lawsuit further stated.

In September 2016, Altman and Microsoft arranged for it to sell compute to OpenAI at a steep discount so long as the non-profit agreed to publicly promote Microsoft’s products. .

Musk rejected the “donation” and marketing ploy, writing to Altman: “This actually made me feel nauseous. It sucks and is exactly what I would expect from them.”

The deal eventually went through, but without marketing gimmicks and at a more fulsome, but still below-market, price

Musk wrote: “History unequivocally illustrates that a powerful technology is a double-edged sword. The recent example of Microsoft’s AI chatbot shows how quickly it can turn incredibly negative. The wise course of action is to approach the advent of AI with caution and ensure that its power is widely distributed and not controlled by any one company or person. That is why we created OpenAI.”

In 2017-2018, Altman and Brockman moved to recast the non-profit as a money-making endeavour to bring in shareholders, sell equity, and raise capital, and pressed Musk to agree.

After some back and forth, Musk wrote to Altman and Brockman on September 20, 2017: “Either go do something on your own or continue with OpenAI as a non-profit. I will no longer fund OpenAI until you have made a firm commitment to stay or I’m just being a fool who is essentially providing free funding to a start-up. Discussions are over.”

Altman tried to play the whole thing off, reassuring Musk the next day: “I remain enthusiastic about the non-profit structure!” with Brockman soon following suit.

Notably, on March 25, 2018, barely a month after Musk stepped down from OpenAI’s Board, Altman proposed the selling of equity in an unusual “fixed maximum return” structure, sufficiently developed to be actionable within four to six weeks”.

Microsoft first invested $1 billion in OpenAI in 2019 and Altman finally succeeded in his multi-year effort to become OpenAI’s CEO. Microsoft’s cumulative investment in OpenAI has reportedly swelled to $13 billion.

OpenAI last month raised $6.6 billion at a $157 billion post-money valuation.

Watch: The Next Big Thing From Hombale Film

0

Hombale Films have quickly become a household name for big event films as they have the tenacity to make big event films with some of the top stars in the country. They are doing something big again now and a feeler of the same was unveiled today.

Hombale Films have unveiled the teaser of their upcoming film titled Mahavatar Narsimha and it has a strong mythological touch to it. This video gives a peek into the world of this mythological actioner which is evidently based on the ferocious Ugra Narasimha Swamy.

“When Faith is Challenged, He Appears. In a World torn apart by Darkness and Chaos… Witness the Appearance of the Legend, The Half-Man, Half-Lion Avatar-Lord Vishnu’s Most Powerful Incarnation.” the statement from the makers reads. The announcement video is a brief one and it doesn’t delve too deep into the main lead character and anything else.

But by the looks of it, a feisty film based on Ugra Narasimha Swamy is on the way and this is bound to excite a large section of the audience. More details about the project are likely to be announced in the due course.

Pakistan Army rules out any deal with Imran Khan

0

Pakistan Army has ruled out any possibility of striking a deal with the country’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan, making it clear that the doors of negotiations with the former premier will remain shut. This admittance has left the political future of Imran Khan — and his hopes of having backdoor talks with the country’s powerful military establishment — in jeopardy.

As per a report in a British daily, senior military officials have completely rejected the idea of talks with Khan at any level, the willingness for which was expressed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder during his recent interaction with party leaders at Rawalpindi’s Adiala jail.

Khan had conveyed that he was still willing to strike a deal with the military establishment of the country.

Interestingly, Imran Khan has previously accused the same military establishment and its army chief, General Syed Asim Munir, for his current state and incarceration. Khan had also accused the military establishment for ousting him from power and toppling his government through a US–led regime change conspiracy in Pakistan.

“Khan is facing court cases against him and can’t expect any deals from the military. He wants everyone to follow the rule of law but does not do the same himself and has been applying pressure for discussions with the military. He had even offered unconditional talks while seeking a deal to ensure his release,” said a source in the Pakistani military.

People close to Khan say that the PTI chief wants to deal with the military establishment and not the ruling government because he believes that the real power and authority lies with the powerful military.

“A deal or any engagement with the military would be based on principles and the interests of the people and not personal gain or compromise that undermines Pakistan’s democratic rules,” states a PTI leader.

Khan is facing over one hundred cases and has already spent over one year in jail on charges of corruption. He is expected to be put to trial in a military court for cases related to the May 2023 riots and sedition.

Meanwhile, PTI has announced a major protest rally in Islamabad on November 24, demanding Khan’s release and its electoral mandate, which it claims was stolen during the elections in February, this year.

Congress opens shop of lies & loot during elections: Rajasthan CM

0

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Saturday criticised the Congress party over its politics, saying that it always opens a shop of “lies” and “loot” during every election.

“Congress opens a shop of lies and loot as soon as elections come. They neither love the state and the nation nor are they concerned about the interests of the people,” the Chief Minister said while addressing Rajasthani Samaj Sammelan in Malad (West), Mumbai as part of the Maharashtra Assembly elections.

He added that the “selfish” Congress and its allies are not in a coalition but in a state of “thugbandhan”.

“These people never talk about development. The people of Maharashtra have now understood these intentions. I appeal to all of you to support MahaYuti candidate Vinod Shelar from Malad West and make him win,” said the Chief Minister.

He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the shop of lies and loot of Congress has been closed.

“The people know that development is possible only under the leadership of PM Modi. People are very enthusiastic and excited about the BJP and the MahaYuti government will be formed in Maharashtra with a huge majority,” added the Chief Minister.

He further said that Congress is the only expert in “appeasement”, adding that they are not concerned with the development of the people.

The Chief Minister said that the Congress government opposed the CAA and the abolition of triple talaq and when the MahaYuti government changed the name of Aurangabad to Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) kept opposing it.

“Congress only does the politics of appeasement, they know how to get their work done by trapping innocent public,” he said.

He said that PM Modi never considered caste as the basis for the development of the country.

“In all the public welfare schemes including PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, no person was asked about his caste or religion. The BJP works on the concept of ‘Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas-Sabka Vishwas-Sabka Prayas,” the Chief Minister said.

Nani Sticking To Saripodhaa Route Again?

0

Hero Nani pulled off a perfect casting coup for Saripodhaa Sanivaram by bringing in SJ Suryah for the other lead role in the film. The film was absolutely shouldered by SJ Suryah who nailed it with his intense and immensely entertaining portrayal of the ruthless cop character.

Cut to now, we are hearing that Nani is sticking to the Saripodhaa route again for his next film which is being directed by Sujeeth.

Apparently, the Nani-Sujeeth film will also be a multi-starrer much like Saripodhaa Sanivaram. This film will also have a key character that will be on par with Nani’s character and this will not just add depth to the story but also add additional box office prospects to the film.

The makers are looking to onboard either a Telugu hero or go with another language hero for the film. The final call will be taken by Nani and Sujeeth in due course.

This film will commence filming once Nani is done with his ongoing Paradise with Srikanth Odela.
