Young director all set to get married
Talented director Hanu Raghavapudi who recently attained success with Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha is all set to get married. He is going to marry a Hyderabad based girl Amulya , a doctor by profession. This is an arranged marriage and the engagement will take place on 16th of this month.
Earlier the families have planned for the marriage in this month itself but they decided to postpone it since both the sides have relatives staying abroad who can not immediately come down. The marriage will now take place some time in August. Several Tollywood celebrities are expected to grace the engagement event.
Hanu Raghavapudi made his directional debut with Andhala Rakshasi. The movie despite creating good craze before the release, ended up as a big flop. After a brief gap, he cameback with Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha. He recently met NTR and narrated a story to him. It is said that the outcome of the meeting is positive.
NTR having sleepless nights
Young Tiger NTR’s Janatha Garage shooting is going on at brisk pace. The makers are currently doing night shoots in Hyderabad. The night shoots will go on till 22nd of this month. Few combination scenes on NTR and Mohanlal are being canned.
Samantha also joined the team recently. Non-stop schedules are planned for the film so that the entire shooting will be completed by mid July. The makers are considering Janatha Garage (with a tagline – Ikkada Anni Repairlu Cheyyabadunu) as the title of the film even though they did not announce it officially.
They are planning to release the movie on August 12th, 2016. The release date works in the movie’s favour as there is a long weekend holiday due to Independence day holiday on Monday. Mytri Film Makers who turned producers with Srimanthudu will be producing this film as well.
Yerineni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar (Thammudu) and CVM (Mohan) are the producers. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music as Koratala’s previous films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu. He already started the music sittings.
Pawan Kalyan’s Killer choice for Sardaar Gabbar Singh
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is coming back to theaters after about three years gap with Sardaar Gabbar Singh releasing this Friday as Ugadi Special. The movie is releasing in record number of theaters and surprisingly even that number of theaters are being not sufficient to cater the demand of the tickets.
We have seen several varieties of Guns used in the film. The movie unit says that Pawan Kalyan himself handpicked each and every thing of the weapons used in the film. Some of the gun designs he got from internet, and got the replica guns designed with the gunsmiths to look as real as possible.
We are said that about 700 such guns are used in the film. Sardaar Gabbar Singh has to become a non-Baahubali industry hit to be a break-even venture. That means so much of risk is running on the project after Trade invested huge money believing Pawan Kalyan and Gabbar Singh brand.
Grieving Kajal To Start Promotions Late
Kajal Agarwal lost her uncle recently. She admitted him in Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad when his condition was critical but the doctors couldn’t save his life.
Kajal who is grieving now has canceled all the promotional activity of “Sardaar Gabbar Singh” for few days.
Kajal Agarwal is said to have agreed to come to the media interactions from April 7th or 8th. She is pinning great hopes on this movie as this is one of the biggest movies ever in her career and also it is her first pairing with Pawan Kalyan. So she wants to score a hit with Powerstar.
Kajal Agarwal also has “Brahmotsavam” this summer for release but the movie is three-heroine one, she has more focused on “Sardaar Gabbar Singh”.
Kajal features in a glamorous role in the movie. She has done the character of a heiress to a rich royal family.

HCU is ranked as fourth best in India
Presently the Hyderabad Central University has been witnessing protests over the suicide of Dalit Research Scholar Rohith Vemula and the HCU’s Vice Chancellor Appa Rao Podile and the university students have cheered the institution has ranked among the best in the country.
Podile has credited the HCU faculty, students and the non teaching staff of the varsity was ranked the fourth among all the educational institutions in the country. The HCU’s students union President has said it was wonderful and they are very much happy about the matter.
The ranking has proved that the agitation has not destroyed the academic atmosphere on the campus. The student’s union president is continuing the legacy. The University of Hyderabad which is popularly known as HCU has been ranked among the best universities of the country in the first government backed survey using the parameters ranging from research facilities and academic excellence to the placements of graduates.
The Vice Chancellor has met with the protests on the campus, even as classes remained suspended for a few days in the university amid the clampdown on the entry of outsiders.

Telangana Government to increase Market value of Lands
Market Value of lands in Telangana are likely to be increased as Telangana Government is making property registrations costlier. The hike in land value can be increased from 30 to 50% based on the locality. So in case of urban areas this will be even more costly.
The file is already sent to Chief Minister’s Office for approval. The revenue department seeks increase in market value to meet budgetary targets of the stamps and registrations department. Government of Telangana has set a target of Rs.4200 Crores for revenue department this year and this is an increase of over Rs.1000 Crores than last year.
The new rates will come into enforcement from 1st of July. Now this has shocked the public and real estate agents as there is going to be a huge burden on consumers who are willing to purchase flats or independent houses.
Even last year, the hike was about to be implemented, but the plan was dropped after meeting with representatives of realty sector.Regarding this, Mr.C.Sekar Redday who is former national chairman of CREDAI says, “This land value hike will get more revenue and it will affect middle and lower middle class people. Government should not hike for at least 6 months.”

When Jagan Took 5 Crores From YSR
Former Union Minister and 6-time MP from Rajampet constituency A Sai Pratap revealed a few interesting facts about the father-son relationship between his close friend and former CM late YS Rajasekhara Reddy and his son YS Jagan.
In his latest interview to a popular news channel, Sai Pratap said that the late YSR and Jagan used to share a warm and affectionate relationship and that they never had any misunderstandings or verbal altercations between each other. The former Congress leader also revealed a closely guarded monetary secret of YSR and Jagan.
The veteran politician said that Jagan once asked YSR for Rs. 5 crore and that a worried YSR himself disclosed it to him and asked him whether he should give such a huge amount to his son. Sai Pratap apparently encouraged YSR to give the money to Jagan and YSR ended up giving the 5 crores to Jagan.
Jagan invested the money in business and earned a lot huge, again disclosed by a relieved YSR who was quite proud of his son’s achievements.
