Even before Sai Dharam Tej’s Supreme is yet to hit the screens, works for his up next film with director Gopihand are going on at brisk pace. The latest is that makers are contemplating to name the film as ‘Winner’. Though this is not yet made official, inside talk is Winner is almost finalised. Interestingly, the film’s title is close to Chiranjeevi’s classic ‘Vijetha’ which means winner.

After Pandaga Chesko with Ram, Gopi is teaming up with Sai and Gopi has recruited good cast and crew for the film. While Rakul Preet is zeroed in on to romance Sai, the film will have music by SS Thaman.

Billed to be an inspiring film with commercial aspects, Nallamalapu Bujji and Tagore Madhu are jointly producing the film.

Sardaar Gabbar Singh makers have given full credit to Pawan Kalyan for the theatrical trailer cut. The producers officially stated that it was Pawan Kalyan’s idea to reveal the plot in the theatrical trailer.

Pawan didn’t want Sardaar trailer to be a conventional one with buildup shots and entertaining dialogues, they said.

Sardaar Gabbar Singh trailer received lot of flak especially from the people on social networking websites. They have labeled that the trailer looked cheap and stale. Some went to an extent to say that it reminds them of Komaram Puli and Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu.

The makers of Sardaar may have saved the director from being criticized for this as they gave full credit to Pawan Kalyan.

However, why is Pawan deciding everything about Sardaar Gabbar Singh? He might have written the script and acted in it, but the director should be given the creative freedom to decide about trailers and promotions.

Why Pawan dictating terms and Bobby the director of the film is is left to be a spectator? While Pawan is already planning for retirement he should be aware of the fact that a young director’s career is at stake.

At least they should stop giving such statements where the director looks like a mere dummy!

Senior actor Venkatesh and his sister’s son Naga Chaitanya share a close bond. Legendary producer D Ramananaidu always dreamed of making a grand multistarrer featuringhis grandsons. Even Venky and Chay said in a few interviews that they are willing to act in a film together, but could never come across a solid script till date.

Finally, Venkatesh and Chaitanya will be seen together in Chay’s summer release, Premam. This real life uncle-nephew will be seen reprising themselves in Premam as Venky will be playing a guest role as Chay’s doting uncle who doesn’t think twice to even lash out at Chay’s college principal.

The college scene featuring Venky and Chay will be shot very soon, according to the latest reports. In the original, Venky’s role was played by popular Malayali actor and filmmaker Renji Panicker, who played Nivin Pauly’s father.

In early February, Megastar Chiranjeevi underwent a surgery on his right shoulder at a popular hospital in Mumbai. Chiru has been suffering from severe pain since a long time in both his shoulders. Apparently, Chiru wanted to get both his shoulders operated last month itself.

However, doctors advised Chiru to go for a separate operation to the left shoulder after the right one healed completely. Now that Chiru will be free from his daughter Sreeja’s marriage by this month end, he is all set to fly to Mumbai again for the second surgery.

Chiru has been waiting to get himself completely fit before he comes out in open to formally announce the launch details of his comeback film, Kaththi. After recuperating from the surgery, Chiru will work on his body and looks before he dons the grease paint once again.
