Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s untitled film started its shooting proceedings today in Hyderabad. Except for a little break for Srija’s marriage, Charan will shoot non-stop for the movie till completion. The movie is planned for second half of the year release. Ram Charan will be seen in the role of a powerful cop.

The movie is said to be titled ‘Dhruva’. Sensational Tamil music directors duo Hiphop Tamizha are making their Telugu debut with this film. They have started the film’s music sittings few days ago in Bengaluru. Rakul Preet Singh is romancing Charan for the second time after Bruce Lee.

Arvind Swamy will be reprising his role from the original for the film. Allu Aravind is producing the remake project under his prestigious Geetha Arts Banner. Nasser and Posani will be seen in other important roles. Race Gurram Surender Reddy is wielding megaphone for this remake project.

The regular shooting of Young Tiger NTR’s Janatha Garage began this morning in Ramoji Film City. After shooting here for few days, the movie unit will shift to Saradhi Studios. An extravagant set worth 2.5 Crore was erected there by Art director, AS Prakash. Majority of the film shoot will be done in the set.

The makers are considering Janatha Garage (with a tagline – Ikkada Anni Repairlu Cheyyabadunu) as the title of the film even though they did not announce it officially. They are planning to release the movie on August 12th, 2016. The release date works in the movie’s favour as there is a long weekend holiday due to Independence day holiday on Monday.

Mytri Film Makers who turned producers with Srimanthudu will be producing this film as well. Yerineni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar (Thammudu) and CVM (Mohan) are the producers. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music as Koratala’s previous films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu. He already started the music sittings.

Teaser of Nagarjuna’s upcoming film Oopiri is whiff of a fresh air. Nag has been making superb choices lately ad no wonder he is at the peak of his career now. He has extreme clarity over what to attempt at this age.

Naga Chaitanya too is not carrying any baggage of so called image that is turning out to be a boon for him. While Nag and Chay are cruising ahead with promising films in their kitty, Akhil is yet to find right script for his second flick. Even Nagarjuna couldn’t find a subject that suits his son.

They have reportedly heard over fifty storylines including few bound scripts, but none of it was impressive. Nagarjuna is under pressure to set a right project for Akhil. He is in talks with two of the leading directors of tollywood at the moment.

He is willing to pay a hefty sum for the director who comes up with a spell binding script. Who will be the one that could wipe away this tensions for the King? How long will it take to find one?
