Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma has been attacking on many things in the recent couple of days. First he took on actor Paris Attacks, and advised that all Gods should hold conference and come to peace. Later he took very strongly on Aamir Khan and then shifted focus to CBFC chief Pankal Nihalani. Finally, he landed on Pawan and Chiranjeevi again.

RGV has today stated in a TV interview, about Pawan and Chiranjeevi. “I like Pawan Kalyan’s personality but not as a star. But I’m a huge fan of Chiranjeevi, and the star in him, but not to his personality”, cuts Ramu, putting his point straight.

Talking more about Chiranjeevi, he said: “I’ve seen most of Chiranjeevi’s movies in theatres, standing in queues for tickets, and sometimes buying black tickets. I’ve watched all of his movies, including the recent 150th film”. Oops, what did he said? 150th Film?  “In my view, Bruce Lee is Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. Whatever that comes later is 151st movie only.

And to set things straight, numbers doesn’t matter for Chiranjeevi. For example Baahubali is a big hit, how does it matters if it is Rajamouli’s 15th film or 16th film?” quips Varma. “I’ll call it as 151st movie only. Even media should call it that way”, he adds.  Promoting his latest movie “Killing Veerappan”, RGV made these comments.

Ram Gopal Varma’s latest offering, Killing Veerappan is all set for a grand release on December 4th. The movie will have same day release in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Efforts are on to dub the film in to more languages later. Ram Gopal Varma managed to create good interest on the film.

On one occasion, he said, “I gathered the real story of Veerappan from unnameable and highly secretive sources and it has 100 times more drama and content than that of Dawood Ibrahim.

The biggest hero for me is the man who killed the biggest villain and so this is the actual untold and unknown true story of the man who killed Veerappan”, Sandeep Bhardwaj plays Veerappan in the movie and he is so believable in the role. Ram Gopal Varma had roped in Sai Karthik to score music for the film but there are no songs in the film.

Slowly coming out of the huge setback with the disastrous box-office of result of his debut production Akhil, young hero Nithiin is back on the floors of A..Aa under Trivikram’s direction. After this project, Nithiin will be joining hands with a new director named Mallidi Venu.

As per the inside buzz, this film’s script, written by Akhil story writer Veligonda Srinivas, will have the storyline similar to one of Nithiin’s early hits, Dil, directed by VV Vinayak. Also, Nithiin’s father and senior producer Sudhakar Reddy who was supposed to produce the film alone, has now teamed up with another producer following the losses he incurred with Akhil.

Nithiin will be romancing Rakul Preet in the film while yet another happening young beauty Pranitha Subhash is being considered for the second female lead. This yet to be titled film will begin in early next year after Nithiin wraps up his film with Trivikram.

It is quite interesting to note that two out of the three Khans of Bollywood: Aamir and Shah Rukh have spoken out against what they felt to be an intolerant atmosphere in the country thereby indirectly accusing the government. Salman is the only one who hasn’t spoken out. Why? Because it is alleged that, had he not judiciously cultivated the friendship of Narendra Modi, he would have been behind bars now in the famous hit- and- run case of his. And given that the final conviction in the case is awaited, it would be stupid of him to take on the establishment. Else, he would also have come out citing similar such nonsense about intolerance. But he did rake up another controversy sometime back by saying India was about to hang Yakub Memon because they didn’t get his brother Tiger Memon.

Here is a Bollywood super star openly coming out in support of a convicted terrorist and yet can go about his work normally. In fact, his next film ‘Bhajrangi Bhaijaan’ becomes a blockbuster. Obviously, it was patronized by an intolerant public. Yet, the other Khans speak of intolerance. They are a disgrace to the nation! If only Aamir Khan had taken his wife’s advice and left the nation. India can certainly do without such rabble rousers, the very people who stayed silent in the wake of a hatred speech by Akbaruddin Owaisi. Aamir Khan further says that the avalanche of criticism directed against him only goes to prove his point. Bullshit! The spontaneous outburst of anger from the public only shows the degree to which the country was shocked by the betrayal of Aamir Khan, especially when it has given him so much.

Eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma’s fascination for alcohol needs no intro. Often, RGV used to stir up several ugly controversies with his tweets under the influence of his favorite vodka. Though, RGV quit alcohol for sometime he continued to rake up minor sensations with his latest tweets. Now, Varma is back to his form in consuming liquor.

The Shiva director has now received a memorable tribute true to his own style. A city based posh bar named Cocktails Lounge launched an exotic cocktail ‘RGV ELIXIR’, as a tribute to the genius filmmaker.

RGV Elixir is an exotic cocktail with a perfect blend of Rum, Gin and Vodka. RGV not just attended the cocktail launch event last night but created lot of scene by dancing with girls, colleagues.

He was seen grooving for his own number in Satya which received thumbs up from crowd who cheered, clapped and whistled for Varma. Apparently, Varma spent a lot of time at the do. Seeing Varma’s steps many lauded him as a young chap but never looked like he is in his 50s.

No matter what, wearing makeup and facing the camera will be biggest excitement any actor/actress would feel despite their star status. All these days, seductress Kajal Agarwal has joined Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh unit in Vadodara, Gujarat but haven’t shot, not even for one shot.

And today, for the first time ever Kajal Agarwal has put on the grease paint to face the camera alongside Pawan Kalyan. She shared a picture of her, showcasing how she’s looking for the first shot.

Innovative Filmmaker, Chandrasekhar Yeleti who is known for delivering unique films will be doing a family drama with Malayalam Superstar Mohan Lal for his next. Reports are emerging that the makers are planning to name the film as Mahima.

Yesteryear actress Gautami is playing the female lead. Earlier Victory Venkatesh was approached for the project and he even evinced his interest in doing it, but some how that did not well beyond that point and now Mohanlal is brought in Venky’s place.

The movie will be produced by Sai Korrapati, who produced films like Legend, Eega etc. The movie is a multilingual which will be made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages.

Young actor Nithin is currently shooting for his next, A..Aa in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. It is already known that he will be working with a debutante Venu Mallidi for the next project. The film will have its launch once A..Aa is complete.

Tollywood’s most happening heroine, Rakul Preet Singh and Doe eyed beauty Pranitha will be romancing Nithin in this film. It may be reminded that Nithin’s A..Aa also have two heroines – Samantha and Anupama Parameshwaran.

Touted to be a romantic entertainer, the film has veteran DOP Chota K Naidu cranking the camera. The movie has story written by Veligonda Srinivas. The story writer also worked for Nithin’s recent production venture, Akhil.

Sarah Jane Dias didn’t get the right launch in Telugu Cinema as director Vishnuvardhan signed up for a typical girl next door character in Panjaa. Sarah is one hell of a sexy babe who could pull off a highly glamorous role with ease. Sadly Sarah didn’t get right opportunities in Bollywood too, despite making a mark with her sexy looks in films like Game and Kya Kool Hain Hum.

Kat was there practising for a wedding dance sequence with Siddharth Malhotra, Ram Kapoor and Annu Kapoor. Incidentally, Bosco happened to choreograph the dance sequences for Ranbir-Deepika’s upcoming Tamasha. The only way he got to calm her was to tell her he had a flight to catch.

Kausalya was introduced into industry with Idiot. She then went on to sing many songs for late music director Chakri. At the time, she happened to get a few film offers, which she refused. But with Chakri, she sang in many films and also got to do many private shows. However, of late, she has been in news for filing a case against her husband for domestic violence.

So talk is that she has said yes to doing television shows after trouble began. Some time back, she had done some international shows and put up the pictures on social media. Now, it is being said that she acted out of insecurity and it is said that her filing a case is surely going to affect her.

Come April, we will see the competition between three big stars of South Indian film industry as their latest movies are set to release around the same time with not much gap among the releases. Superstar Rajinikanth who is shooting for his bilingual Kabali in the direction of Ranjith is readying up this movie for April 10th release to coincide with Tamil New Year. Rajinikanth earlier planned for Sankranthi release but delay in the production made him push his film to April.

The producers of Mahesh Babu’s present movie Brahmotsavam have already announced that they are planning to release this film on 8th of April to cash in on the lucrative summer holidays season. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is also planning to release Sarainodu, being directed by Boyapati Srinu, on 8th of April on the eve of his birthday. Also April second week is sentiment for him as his recent two movies Racegurram and S/0 Satyamurthy were released during the same time. If all these three movies come to the theatres as per their plan, we may see a big battle at box-office in April.
