Currently, Hasika (Anandhi in Kollywood) is waiting for the release of her upcoming film, Trisha Illana Nayanthara. The film has young music composer GV Prakash Kumar as the hero. Recently, the censor board members were shocked seeing the film’s bold take on young relationships and even the steamy lip locks performed by Anandhi and GV Prakash.

Refused to pass the film, the censor members asked the film’s director Adhik to delete two kissing scenes. However, the young director, who was hell-bent on keeping the lip lock scenes, had to end up getting an A certificate. Apart from the smooching scenes, the censor members also insisted on 78 dialogue mutes, as the language was too explicit.

Trisha Illana Nayanthara is releasing on 17th September and we will have to wait and see as to how extent the innocent looking Telugu girl shed her inhibitions in Tamil.

If the buzz in Filmnagar is to be believed, Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu is going Bollywood. The movie which ended up as the second biggest hit of all time is likely to have Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan playing the lead role.

Salman Khan is actively involved in various charity works through his Being Human Foundation and he is said to have got very much related to the village adoption concept of Srimanthudu. Salman also has the history of getting blockbusters with the remake of Telugu films like Kick, Ready etc.

They say negotiations are on for the purchase of the Hindi remake rights of the movie. The makers of Srimanthudu are demanding hefty price for these rights given the demand. The deal is likely to be closed very soon.

Superstar Mahesh Babu is back in Hyderabad after completing a family trip to Thailand. The actor who dedicates more time to his family, flew with them to Thailand to celebrate his son, Gautam’s Birthday.

With rejuvenated energy post the super success of Srimanthudu, the actor will be starting the shooting of his next, Brahmotsavam from 16th of this month at Ramoji film city. The movie will be releasing on March 25th, 2016 as Summer special.

The Telugu version trailer released today to vast response. In fact, the trailer wasn’t that great, still it went viral as it appeared like fun stuff for Telugu audience. The visuals, background score and graphics were substandard. Gurmeet indeed is not a hero material, although he is willing to cash on his craze and the controversy created during 1st part release. Meanwhile, MSG 2 is likely to release later this month or in October.

Singeetham Srinivasa Rao who is known for his critically acclaimed films like Pushpaka Vimanam, Aditya 369 etc is beginning a new innings with Varun Tej’s Kanche. The ace director is playing a crucial role in the movie.

He will be seen as a Piano Master in the movie and Krish says his character is a very colourful one. Kanche is being planned for October 2nd release. There is an extended weekend then due to Gandhi Jayanthi falling on Friday and so they think it is going to be an apt date for release.

Kanche is set in the backdrop of World War-2 and Krish claims that ‘Kanche’ is a film that has never been made in Telugu Cinema and quite possibly Indian cinema before. Bollywood model Pragya Jaiswal is romancing Varun in this film.

The other day, actor Prakash Raj met Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao and announced that he is adopting Kondareddypalli village of the backward Mahabubnagar district in the state through his Prakash Raj Foundation.

The actor is touring the village today with his team and is busy in identifying the requirements of the village. They will prepare a framework to address various issues plaguing the village one after the other.

Prakash Raj will very soon adopt a village from Andhra Pradesh as well. The village is likely to be from the drought hit Anantapur district. The actor deserves all our accolades for this wonderful initiative.

Quashing wide-spread rumours that actor Allu Arjun was injured, Mega producer Allu Aravind clarified that the rumours are not true and baseless. Setting the record straight, Aravind made it clear that Allu Arjun wasn’t injured but Arjun’s wife Sneha Reddy was undergoing a minor surgery. Aravind said that Sneha has been admitted to a private hospital for a minor surgery and there’s nothing to be worried. He said that she’d be discharged from hospital by the end of the day.

“Arjun is completely healthy and alright. He was not injured. Sneha is admitted to hospital for minor surgery and she will be discharged by evening,” Allu Aravind was quoted as saying. Since Sneha Reddy is undergoing surgery, Arjun said to have visited hospital to accompany her. Sources in the know said that it was very minor surgery and there’s no need to worry.

Actors Prabhas, Sharwanand and Nani definitely don’t have much in common besides being actors in Telugu Film Industry. Yet they’re all connected through a common thread called UV Creations. All these three stars got their best films in their careers when a hit was much-needed to them. Marking the launch of a new banner GA2 Pictures in association with UV Creations, the banner’s maiden venture BBM proved that it’s a successful combo and we hear that Bunny Vas along with Vamsi going to produce a slew of films in a row.

The team of Maruthi, Nani, Bunny Vas, Vamsi and Allu Aravind together made BBM a stupendous hit. Now many are comparing Nani’s BBM to what Run Raja Run for Sharwa and what Mirchi is for Prabhas.

By looking at the making videos and working shots, we will surely get a picture of what is happening on a movie set. By looking at such pictures of Anushka’s ‘Size Zero’ movie, there are certain doubts raised. Here goes it.

From Keeravani’s re-recording studio to the sets of Size Zero when crucial scenes are shot, we got glimpses of director Prakash Kovelamudi rarely but his wife Kanika Dhillion is present everywhere. She has written the script for this flick, and that makes her technically present on sets all the time.

But looking at the pics, it’s creating doubts if she has directed the film too. A women-centric film by a lady director is not a bad idea, but then what’s Raghavendra Rao’s son is doing when ‘kodalu’ is calling the shots? It’s just a doubt anyway.

Meanwhile Size Zero is not hitting screens on October 2nd as planned as Rudramadevi got pushed to October 9th from September.
