Tollywood’s master perfectionist SS Rajamouli is quietly going back to his Baahubali mode as the pre-production for Baahubali The Conclusion  kickstarted already. However, Jakkanna often finds time to appreciate and encourage small and interesting films. Recently, Rajamouli appreciated Anushka’s Size Zero and Trisha’s Nayaki.

Now, Rajamouli caught fancy of the trailer of his Eega star Nani’s upcoming film Bhale Bhale Magadivoy. Lauding the film, Jakkanna said, “BBM is totally hilarious. The plot seems so interesting. This is how a trailer should be cut. Can’t wait for the release.” No doubt that the film’s unit will be highly thrilled to be appreciated by Jakkanna himself.

However, Rajamouli went on to reveal that Nani reminds himself so much and that he is branded a Ghajini in his family. In Bhale Bhale Magadivoy, Nani plays the role of a man suffering from forgetfulness. His shortcoming leads to several funny and emotional situations. Wonder what sort of troubles Jakkanna had to face at home being a Ghajini.

This is one the lines of expected treat. In Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming comeback flick, the mighty 150th, all the star mega heroes are going to be item boys. None other than the film’s producer Ram Charan has confirmed this today. What if Chiru says no for these item stars?

‘It’s my production. I’ve to sell the film to larger number of audiences and rake in the moolah. Already I’ve spoke to Baabai Pawan Kalyan and cousin Bunny. We three will be dancing for a single item number inside the flick, to give mega fans a mighty treaty’ says Charan.

That’s fine, but what about the director and story. ‘Only thing is that we have to get the story ready. Four star directors have called me and said that they have dates. I’m happy that they themselves are coming in’, add Charan.

Very soon a conclusion will come out about the story and Chiranjeevi will pick the director himself. Heroines and other casting, seems like Charan will call the shots than anyone as a producer.

Dressed in rugged black costumes and goggles, comedian turned action hero Sunil looks all macho with a well built physique as he poses along with the sexy sister of Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra, Mannara Chopra, who made her Tollywood debut with Prema Geema Jaanta Nai. The couple is shooting for an untitled film in the direction of RGV’s Raksha fame Vamsi Akella.

Sunil, after ruling the Tollywood comedy world for more than a decade, successfully turned hero with hits like Maryada Ramanna, Poolarangadu and Tadakha. However, with back to back flops like Bhimavaram Bullodu and Mr. Pellikoduku, he is once again trying his luck with this film and another one in Dil Raju’s production.

It won’t look sweet when such young kids are talking about marriage, but it looks barbaric and how Indian society is jinxed with the thought that marriage is also one destination and life-goal for many.

Director Sreenu Vaitla has shown door to action choreographer Anal Arasu who was initially roped in for the Vaitla-Ram Charan film. Though the exact reasons for ousting of Anal are not revealed, rumour is that Anal Arasu’s closeness with Srimanthudu team is likely to be the reason and that said to have played the spoilsport.

“Arasu is the fight master for Srimanthudu where he composed action sequences for Mahesh and they were lapped up by critics, audiences alike. Arasu eventually got close to Mahesh and this is why he might have been fired from Vaitla-Charan film,” say sources.

Also it seems, Sreenu Vaitla wasn’t impressed with Srimanthudu and the action sequences, and hence he might have dropped Arasu from the film, add sources. Rumour mills are abuzz that director Sreenu Vaitla is not in a mood to accept Mahesh’s latest blockbuster Srimanthudu and even reportedly expressing his dissent with his close circuit.

By dropping Arasu, Vaitla gave clear indications that all is not well between him and team Srimanthudu.But many in Film Nagar are now wondering what poor Arasu did and why he was at the receiving end.

It is an open secret that, all is not well between Mega family led by Megastar Chiranjeevi and veteran filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao. A latest development has lead to further disputes among them. Ram Charan who organized dad Chiranjeevi’s 60th party at Park Hyatt hotel as a grand affair did invite most of the celebrities across all ‘woods’, however he ignored inviting Dasari in person. It is heard that, Dasari is depressed with mega family negligence. The veteran thought he would be invited personally, but they just sent a messenger.

Dasai is heard to have discussed with his close associates that, he would have attended if mega family had invited him personally. So, he skipped the party. It may be recalled that, Dasari directly attacked Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan several times at film related functions.

However, Dasari who wished to clear the differences by attending the event is in depression now with just a ‘messenger’ from mega family. Surprisingly, Dasari’s close aid and Chiranjeevi’s old rival Mohan Babu also made it to the function along with family members.

Interestingly, Dasari is making a film with Power Star Pawan Kalyan for which Trivikram Srinivas is expected to pen dialogues. It is yet to be known whether Trivikram or other director will helm the project.

From a long time it’s being publicized that King Nagarjuna’s next film might end up in legal troubles. But it looks like everything is resolved and there is no question of any complications. Like the famous Manchu camp, Nag’s producers also carefully made the backend work done such that no one would create issues later.

Officially it is not confirmed from the makers that the upcoming Nagarjuna-Karthi film is a remake of French comedy the ‘The Intouchables’. However, we hear that this Telugu-Tamil bilingual being directed by Vamsi Paidipally, is an official remake of the film. As Karan Johar acquired the remake rights for Indian languages, maybe this Telugu version makers would have got south remake rights from him. That puts Nagarjuna and others on a happy note as none could now comment that they have acted in a free-make.

Meanwhile most parts of this multi-starrer that has milky siren Tamanna in the lead got its shooting wrapped. Tentatively the film got a new title ‘Oopiri’ under consideration. Nag plays the role of paraplegic millionaire who was reduced to a wheel chair post a traumatic car accident. Karthi is his assistant and Tamanna is his secretary.

Shell life of a heroine is quite small, when compared with heroes. They are the ones who infuse that glamour quotient to any film, despite knowing the fact that their character has nothing to do with the story. After entertaining for nearly 10 years or so, many happening Telugu heroines are now heading for an expiry soon.

Anushka and Nayantara are the two seniors, who also look quite senior in their looks. Already the engulfed that elderly look on face, which makes them impossible to pair up with youngster heroes. Also both have started doing some senior roles from a time. The scene looks like Anushka will take an exit route after Baahubali 2 releases while Nayan will complete assignments in hand and marry her rumoured beau, young director Vignesh Shivan.

Coming to other important senior starlets, there is Trisha and Kajal. Luckily 31 year old Trisha got few films on hand, but she too failed to maintain young chick looks like a Katrina or Kareena who have crossed their 30. Other than some heroine-centric films and small films, nothing big is in the kitty for her. Similar fate is taking on Kajal too, though she got Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar in hand. Forget about youngsters, even big stars are afraid to afford her. That will be sure shot expiry date for Kajal, if she won’t change her ways. Otherwise she may sizzle for couple of years more.

What about Samantha and Tamanna? Our Chennai beauty made clear already that she will quit films if only commercial roles are offered to her. In no way, Sam looks she will not work for more than 2 years from now. Tamanna’s luck got a new twist with Baahubali, but we can’t say how long it continues.
