Piggy Chops to begin romance with Cherry

It is known that Priyanka Chopra will be playing the female lead alonside Mega Power Star Ram Charan in his Bollywood debut movie, Zanjeer. The movie had already completed two schedules of shooting of the movie in Mumbai and Bangkok. However, Piggy Chops did not take part in the shooting till now. She will be joining the movie unit for the third schedule of the movie which began on Saturday in Hyderabad. The movie will be shot in and around Hyderabad for the next 2 weeks.

Charan will be reprising the role of Inspector Vijay in the remake of 1973 Amitabh Bachchan starer Zanjeer and Sanjay Dutt is playing the role of Pathan Sher Khan. Apoorva Lakhia is the director of the movie which happens to be Ram Charan’s Bollywood debut movie. The movie had completed two schedules of shooting and will have simultaneous release in Telugu and Hindi.

Star Wars on Sankranthi

Deepavali ended on a sedate and calm note for Tollywood movie lovers and many feel that top stars are saving their best for high profile star wars during sankranthi next year. As of now some big budget and crazy projects of top heroes are going to lock horns during sankranthi.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s Nayak is releasing on Jan 9th and will be engaged in duel with multi starrer Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu’s ‘Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’. Prabhas is busy with his red hot ‘Mirchi’ and even Kollywood bilingual ‘Bad Boys’ is also entering the fray.  One need not be surprised if some more films join the fray and some postponing their releases due to fear gripping them. Super Star Rajanikanth’s Vikramasimha is also waiting in the wings.

All the films have their own speciality and the first among them is Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. This family entertainer is gaining attention of many. Currently important scenes in the backdrop of Bhadrachalam set are being caned in Hyd. Film makers are planning to release audio during Dec 13th, on Venkatesh’s birthday and film on Jan 11th.

Ram Charan will be seen in dual role in Nayak directed by Vinayak. Sources say story will be similar to Tagore. Prabhas who did not get enough response from Rebel is concentrating all his energies on Mirchi while Karthi is turning Bad Boys. However movie analysts feel that since film makers are practising give and take policy, one will be surprised if all these releases happen in time. Film makers are are taking due care to release their films in highest number of theaters and mint money in the first week itself rather than eatout on others sources.

BC’s blasting KCR

BC organisations are up in arms and are blasting TRS chief KCR’s dictatorial ways. They are angry with KCR for ignoring them and their leaders when he invited TJAC leaders for a meet to discuss over telangana fight. BCs are already protesting TJAC convener Kodandarami Reddy for his insulting comments against Dalit and women minister Geetha Reddy.
 
BCs are peeved with KCR not inviting Telangana Gazetted Officers president Sriniasa Gowd, Electricity Workers Union leader Raghu, Dalit leaders Addanki Dayakar, Rasamayi Balakishen for the JACs meet. They allege that KCR is not willing to give importance to dalits and that was the reason why he chose to ignore them. They are questioning why is he neglecting them to the core though he is recieving their help in all fronts. They allege KCR announced Dalit becoming first CM of telangana only to draw a wedge between all BCs.

They allege that since Reddys and Velamas can not co exist KCR is tryig to get FC rule in telangana along with Kodandaram. MRPS chief Krishna Madiga is going hammer and tongs on KCR over the issue. He said if KCR dont mend his ways he will launch a movement against him. Even Telangana OBC JAC convener Kasturi Jayaprasad said KCR is against BCs since long time and branded TRS as Telangana Rao(Telangana Velama Doras),Reddys Sangh.

Sharmila’ s open challenge to Babu

YSRCP leader Sharmila who is on padayatra ‘Maro Prajaprastanam’ in Kurnool at present threw an open challenge to TDP supremo Chandra Babu whether he will support No Confidence motion if YSRCP brings in one. She said no one among people has belief in this Govt and none is of the opinion that the Govt is giving good governance. She accused the Cong Govt is continuing in power due to Chandra Babu Naidu’s vested interests. She said Cong failed in all fronts and promised people that her brother Jagan will bring Rajanna Rajyam once he becomes CM.

She in Rachchabanda program, which happened to be YSR’s favorite program said people are facing problems on all fronts under COng rule.She said seeds,petrol,gas,diesel are on rise and Govt is not giving input subsidy. She said during YSR regime workers used to get Rs 130 everyday but now they are not even getting Rs 30. She alleged MPs,MLAs,Ministers and CM are getting treated in corporate hospitals while depriving people of even the facility of Arogyasri by removing many diseases from the list. Now all eyes are on Babu and how he counters Sharmila and YSRCP allegations.

CM Change or T-Solution dilemma

Cong High Command is faced with the problem of growing unrest in Andhra Pradesh. From the day one of Kiran Kumar becoming CM, none of the leaders leave alone cabinet ministers cooperated with him, making things difficult for him thus brining governance to standstill.

For long there has been talk of change of guard and at the same time decision on telangana but nothing happened. But now that MIM withdrawing support, Sonia Gandhi is contemplating on putting an end to both the issues permanently. She has asked Digvijay Singh to give final report on Andhra Pradesh and the situation prevailing in the state. He is all set to come to the state and in the mean time Chidambaram is said to have strongly recommended decision on telangana before contemplating on CM change.

He in the core committee meet stressed on the need for T-solution rather than CM change. The moment Sonia asked Digvijay for report it is heard that both Diggy Raja and Chidu are not on talking terms. Chidambaram is strongly supporting Kiran and Kiran group is planning to bank on his support for his continuance. Kiran became CM with Chidambaram support and he plans to continue as CM till 2014 with his support itself.

Political leaders looking for safe heavens

Any politican’s main dream is to gain power at any cost and then save his post under any circumstances. Currently in the volatile situation in Andhra Pradesh where gaining power in the next 2014 elections has become prestige issue for all political parties, leaders in each parties are looking for safe heavens so that they can enjoy power for the next five years.

They are doing their own surveys and looking for constituencies where they will face less competition. They are even weighing pros and cons of continuing in the same party or looking for alternative. As such currently they are having two options Cong, YSRCP and TDP depending on the party they are at present.

Even Ministers are worried about their victory in the next elections and to guage the pulse of the people, they are even conducting their own surveys. Since Cong is not having any star campaigners they are really worried and mostly Rayalaseema and Telangana ministers are doubly worried about their future. They are weighing their prospects if they join opposition parties TRS,YSRCP or TDP rather than continuing in Cong. They are even contemplating whether people will vote for them if they solve their problems in the next few months.

In the golden days where melodies used to flow in Tollywood movies, director used to have final say in finalising the star cast and crew for the film. However now trends are changed and industry is witnessing music directors dancing to the tunes of top heroes. Now almost all the films are being shared by few music directors like Devi Sri Prasad, Thaman, Manisharma, Mickey J Meyer, Keeravani, Chakri etc. Though there are many other talented musical directors they are fading out due to lack of opportunities after doing one or two films.

This is because heroes are not looking towards them and are not keen in trying out new talent. One may wonder what hero has got to do with music directors. However the trend is only hero is having final say in finalising music directors for their films and as almost all the heroes are settling for top and renowned directors like Devi Sri Prasad, Thaman, Manisharma, Mickey J Meyer, Keeravani, Chakri etc others are not getting any opportunities. Movie lovers and film critics also feel that since all the films are scored by these select few, monotony is on rise in tollywood music and songs.

Many feel that youth will throng theaters for such kind of films.Already one film titled College Days posters are catching the attention of all and Sorry Teacher earlier attracted all. But the film landed in trouble for its content.But analysts warn that not all the films will be meeting with the same result and it depends on many other factors. Tollywood heroes Kalyanram, Manchu Manoj, Vishnu and Sushant have lot of similarities among them. All of them have strong filmi background which paved way for their grand entry into tollywood. However they couldn’t build upon their family’s reputation. More recently they are only content with making films in their own banners. Of all these actors only Manoj is a bit better since he featured in one or two films produced on other banners. Kalyan Ram, Susant are not only burning their fingers but also effecting the reputation of the banners owned by their family members. Now even Vishnu is busy starring in films made on Manchu family banner.

Setting controversies aside Vishnu scored a hit with Denikaina Ready. However Manchu Manoj’s Nokia and Ukodatara Uliki Padatara failed miserably. Sources say Vishnu is currently starring under Veeru Potla direction and another film on Bindas film makers banner. But both the films are yet to be finalised. Susant is busy with Adda on his own banner and is left with no other film. Kalyan Ram is not in picture and there is also no news about him. One wonder for howlong all these heirapparents will burn their fingers making films on their own banner spending lavishly without any results.

Chiru’s 150th movie pending Sonia Gandhi permission

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie is in news for quite some time now. Chiranjeevi revealed his interest to begin the movie on several instances but it did not materialize. With PRP’s merger into Congress and Chiranjeevi’s induction in to central cabinet, fans almost lost hope on his 150th movie. But Chiranjeevi thinks otherwise. He asserted fans that his political career will not be a hurdle for 150th movie.

Speaking at a private event in Hyderabad, he revealed that he is still looking for an apt script for the 150th movie which will be helpful for the Congress party and society. He also promised fans that he will take the necessary care to make the movie more memorable to everyone. However, he had added that he has to take the permission of Congress high command to permit him to start the movie.

Nayantara to sport bikini once again

We have already seen sizzling actress Nayantara sporting a black bikini in Ajith Kumar’s hit Tamil movie Billa in 2007. But in recent years, the popular South Indian star has rejected all the projects that demanded her to wear revealing costumes. After years later beauty queen Nayanthara will once again appear in a bikini in Nagarjuna’s Love Story.

According reports, Love Story has a beach song and the producers of the film have planned to shoot this song in the beautiful locations of Bangkok. Nayantara will reportedly wear revealing costumes for this song. Earlier Nayantara had decided to quit films for personal reasons, but now she is back with a vengeance and signing films in multiple languages. Currently her film Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum is all set to release on 30th November

Yeto Vellipoindhi Manasu Shooting complete

The shooting of the much awaited love entertainer of the year, Yeto Velipoyindi Manasu is finally complete. The movie shooting was delayed by more than 3 months due to Samantha’s illness. And now after her recovery, she had allocated bulk dates for the movie which prompted the movie completion.The post production work of the movie is going on at brisk paced.

Samantha plays the female lead role in both Telugu and Tamil Version and Nani playing lead role in Telugu, while Jeeva playing lead role in Tamil Version. The movie will be releasing simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. The movie audio was released recently and is a huge hit in both Telugu and Tamil languages. The movie release will take place some time in December. Music of the film is composed by Ilayaraja.

Shruti Hassan back to Hyderabad

But she is extremely choosy about her next movie instead of doing every thing that comes her way. She is pairing up with Ravi Teja in Balupu. The regular shooting schedules of Balupu has commenced from 14th November. Shruti Hassan, the female lead will join the shooting from today in Hyderabad. This is the first time Shruti Hassan shooting in Hyderabad after she shot for Gabbar Singh.

Anjali is the other female lead in the movie touted to be a mass commercial entertainer. Gopichand Malineni who has earlier directed Don Seenu film with Ravi Teja is wielding the megaphone for the movie. Prasad V Potluri is producing Balupu film on PVP Cinemas banner. Musical scores for the film are by Thaman.

Gabbar Singh in Hyderabad

‘Gabbar Singh’ movie has ended the drought for both Pawan Kalyan and his fans. This film has erased all the existing records in Telugu Film Industry and Pawan Kalyan has once again proved his stamina at the box-office. Now it is been strongly heard that ‘Gabbar Singh’ sequel may take place.

Rumours are ripe that this may be the official remake of Sallu bhai’s Dabangg 2 which is yet to be released. The makers of Gabbar Singh had registered the title ‘Gabbar Singh in Hyderabad’ with the AP film chamber of commerce and in all probability this will be the title of the sequel. It is not yet known who will be directing the movie. Pawan Kalyan will have to complete his prior commitments before the movie goes on to sets.

TRS’s two pronged strategy

KCR led TRS which has been maintaining stoic silence for the past two months suddenly rose and is now getting ready for final assault in the next elections. It already completed internal discussions and even met with TJAC which weilds huge influence across telangana. According to sources TRS is planning to adopt two pronged strategy for achievement of statehood.

It feels telangana could be achieved only by increasing its vote share and winning more seats so that it can play key role in the formation of Govt both at center and state turning king maker. They feel present Govts both at Center and State may fall any time.

Buzz is TJAC chairman Kodandaram is inspiring KCR to take lead role and KCR says both Cong and TDP leaders are in touch with them. They are even feeling rather than UPA, NDA is more friendly and receptive for granting statehood to telangana. They feel that one should keep all the options open. KCR was however critical of TJAC for not going by public sentiments during bypolls in Palamuru where TJAC supported BJP. Kodandaram is said to have told sometimes mistakes happen and now it is to fight for telangana with joint front.

What will be Simha and Mega Star’s poll strategies

In the run up for 2014 elections, already lot of heat is generated and political battle lines are getting drawn with MIM withdrawing support. Many political analysts feel that mid term polls may be advanced and even the developments at Delhi are sending similar signals. The moment Cong announced formation of three committees, SP chief Mulayam already announced candidates for 54 constituencies. This shows how much battle ready all political parties are across the country.
 
In Andhra Pradesh already TDP and YSRCP are doing counter padayatras while TRS along with TJAC is formulating its strategies. In this political battle between various parties, another interesting battle with in battle is all set to take place. It is between Natasimha Balakrishna who is all set to contest elections when ever they are held and Mega Star Chiranjeevi who became cabinet minister.

Many are left wondering what strategies both the stars will be following. While they will be guided by experienced leaders from their respective parties, in all certainty Chiranjeevi will not contest elections and will only confine himself to campaigning down south for the party. Balakrishna will be entering in direct contest and it has to be seen whether Chiru would be able to keep up his ministry or not. It all depends on whether Cong comes to power at center and how it fares in the state. To the top of it coalition politics will play important role.

If Balayya wins it depends on whether TDP will come to power and if so whether he will become minister at state level.

TDP’s good bye to Assembly

TDP and its president Chandra Babu Naidu is all set to bid good bye to Assembly with elections fast approaching. The party is bouyed by the recent developments in the state the resulted in MIM withdrawing support to Govt. Deteriorating law and order in old city came as boon for the party. People in the state is of the opinion that law and order during TDP rule was well maintained and over the last five years law and order during Cong rule went for a toss with temples getting burgled on dialy basis.

TDP to escape from No confidence challenge thrown at it by TRS and YSRCP is contemplating on not attending assembly. It founding President NTR long time back following this practice and TDP is thinking of following it once again. NTR during his time vowed not to enter assembly as Govt during that time not paying attention to peoples problems. He emerged victorious and entered assembly coming back to power with thumping majority.

TDP feels that this stragegy will help them to be with people all the time and feels they can counter opposition criticism of running away from assembly, saying Govt is not solving peoples problems.It has to be seen how successful TDP will be in garnering peoples support.

Congress to crush MIM?

Congress High Command and ruling AP Govt is still sulking and peeved at the way MIM led by Owaisi insulted them after reaping in full benefits during these 8 yrs association with them. Cong seniors felt that crushing MIM before it takes on tour across the state is nothing difficult but needs guts and will power. They advocate the party should follow TDP style, when it ruled the state.

Seniors feel hurt at MIM ways and say it was Cong that helped MIM grow under its wings going overboard by making favorable decisions in all policy matters. They feel that once CM and party act tough in old city and crush MIM there, Asad can be bought to the discussion table. However they wonder whether they can take any initiative. They feel once police,municipal and revenue depts are totally overhauled in Old City and appoint honest and daring officials who can take on MIM thugs, half the job would be done.They feel that deploying taskforce and counter intelligence wings in old city, MIM can be crushed politically.

They feel by encouraging MIM opponents in old city, the party can be taught a lesson. They are still sulking that MIM got benefits right from transfers in police,transco,waterworks etc and even gained mayor seat but still ditched when it need the most.

Aaradhya Bachchan, the cutie pie of Bachchan couple is turning an year today. However, Bachchan have decided to keep it quiet. Aaradhya will be celebrating her birthday with just her family.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan confirmed that it would be a quiet celebration at home. She said, “Time just flies and now she (Aaradhya) will turn one year old. For Aaradhya’s first Diwali, we had both friends and family at our place but for her first birthday, we plan to keep it a private and family affair. It will be with family and my parents.” On being asked about her comeback to films, Ash said that she was glad people wanted to see her on screen, but she hadn’t planned anything as yet.
