Dabaang babe Sonakshi Sinha featured in many hit films like Rowdy Rathore, Joker, Oh My God, Son of Sardar. She is all set to entertain with her upcoming films Dabaang2, Bullet Raja, Lootera, Namak etc.

However this hot babe says though she featured in Rs 100crs money grossers, she can’t impress everyone all the time. She says she can only try her best but can not guarantee becoming likeable to all. She is responding to criticism that since she did not participate in Joker’s promos, the film did not do well at BO.

Geetha Reddy not cooled by Kodandaram

Professor Kodandaram, TJAC Chairman strongly criticised Minister Geeta Reddy for not trying for the formation of telangana state. He wondered how could she was born to her mother Eswari Bai a great leader who fought for telangana formation till her last breath. He even advocated to burn their hands so that they realise their mistakes.
 
This created furore with all dalit organisations lambasting Kodandaram for his statements. They even burnt the effigies of him in various places. Kodandaram later tried to cool tempers by tendering public apology and even calling the minister personally.

However this failed to impress Geetha Reddy who furiously questioned who was Kodandaram to issue diktats. She even said that he is a forward caste Reddy who is trying to show is power by controlling dalits. She said he insulted her, a dailt woman and this shows how he regards dalits. She said the whole incident showed his true colors and even after the formation of telangana upper caste political leaders will try to crush dalits and other backward castes under their iron legs.

She questioned he has no moral authority to ask her resignation and asked how is he still continuing as professor. She asked him to first practice what he preaches to others.

PM fails to make love with Kavuri

Eluru MP Kavuri Sambasiva Rao who has been sulking for long over continuous ignorance during cabinet expansions in Union Ministry, tendered his resignation last time. He was invited by PM Manmohan Sigh who tried to pacify him and cool his tempers. He requested Kavuri to  withdraw his resignations to party posts and promised him greater responsibilities in future.

But no matter however hard PM Manmohan tried, Kavuri who was deeply hurt continued maintaining that he was deeply hurt by the treatment meted out to him by the Cong high command. Even in his media interactions after meeting PM, he said he continued to be dissatisfied with the treatment meted out to him by the party leadership. He has however refused to divulge what transpired in his meeting with the PM. He said there was still no change in his decision to quit party posts.

Insiders reveal that Kavuri is preparing to join YSRCP which is a strong force to reckon with and so rejected even plump offers like CWC membership which would give him lot of say in selection of candidates in more than five states during elections.Already his grand son is getting ready to contest next elections on YSRCP.

In the olden days debutantes and aspiring heroes always used to crave for lover boy image so that they can enjoy immense female fan following. This trend was noticed in the country cutting across regions. However over the last few years there has been sea change in the aspirations of young and upcoming heroes with almost all of them craving for mass image. For example Naga Chaitanya, Ram, Akash and many others though gained immense popularity as lover boys started changing their track by featuring in mass entertainers.

Naga Chaitanya is still trying hard for mass hero image though his films Bezawada and Dada bombed at the box office. Even Ram issued a statement that he will be doing only mass roles. Akash who featured in ‘Aanandam’ is coming as ‘Yuganiki Okka Premikudu’ and though it looks like a love entertainer, going by first look of the film, it is also mass entertainer. A quick analysis shows that most of the films are viewed in theaters only by viewers at B and C centers which are associated with mass viewers.

So all heroes are trying to impress upon them by carving a niche for themselves but only a few will be successful in their attempts.

MIM master plan after Moharram

MIM president Owaisi unveiled master plan which will be implemented after Moharram. He said he will be launching a massive campaign across the state against Cong Govt led by Kiran Kumar Reddy. He said he will do that after Moharram festival from 25th.
He after meeting muslim leaders Akbar Nizamuddin, Maulana Syed Khubul Pasha Suttari, Muslim United Front Chairman Rahim Khureshi at Darul Salam, announced his grand plans. They alleged that CM twisted the High Court orders and by placing Historical Charminar under police force, he worked colluding with VHP,RSS,Bajrangdal and BJP. He alleged that behind DY CM Damodar Rajanarasimha’s prayers along with his family, CM Kiran’s vicious plans are there and one need not be surprised if CM Kiran also prays at the temple.
Owaisi revealed that to fight the atrocities of CM Kiran led cong govt he will take the support of all like minded organisastions like SC ST reservation front and others. It has to be seen how Cong wade of this MIM assault which is looming large on the Govt.

With MIM pulling the plug from Cong Govt and UPA at Center trying its best to save its skin from various scams, this winter session will be crucial. Anything may happen at any time and TDP supremo Chandra Babu Naidu is on war path preparing for final assault during 2014 elections. Balakrishna is eying grand entry during that time but he may need to fasten things as politcal atmosphere is heating up.

Collection King Mohan Babu over the moon with High Court ruling in his favor on the formation of committee by the AP State Govt to solve the controversy generated by his film ‘Denikaina Ready’ starring his son Manchu Vishnu and Hansika. He on his twitter thanked God for the favorable judgement. He is not bowing down and looked undeterred even as Minister Sridhar Babu threatened to dissolve the Censor Board and even ban the film.
All film makers started lashing out at Mohan Babu with some even pointing that even during his earlier film ‘Saleem’ he kept controversy alive for quite some time making lot of money as people thronged theaters to see what was there in the film. Many accused him of fueling passions with his statements so that controversy on Denikaina Ready won’t die down.
In a discussion many top tollywood personalities pointed out that while Cameraman Gangato Rambabu film makers came to the discussion table immediately when the controversy erupted, Mohan Babu decided to add more fire to the controversy by provoking the hurt brahmin organisations.

It has to be seen where this controversy will lead to and whether it will end at all.

Siddharth – Nandini Reddy movie almost complete

Actor Siddharth’s upcoming movie under the direction of ‘Ala Modalindi’ fame Nandini Reddy had completed its shooting part except  for one song. The left over song of the movie will be canned very soon and the makers will have to zero in the release date. On the other side, the post production of the movie had already began.

Samantha is playing the female lead in this film which is touted to be an hilarious romantic love entertainer. Bellamkonda Suresh is set to produce the film under Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner. Thaman who dished out melodious tunes for Siddharth’s ‘Love Failure’ is the music director for this film too. It was also reported that Kerala beauty Nithya Menen is playing a cameo in the movie.

Baadshah latest schedule begins

Young Tiger NTR’s upcoming movie ‘Baadshah’ is all set to resume shooting after a brief break. The unit will begin a new schedule will begin today in Hyderabad. A few comedy scenes on NTR, Kajal and other important artistes of the movie will be canned in a private house in Hyderabad. Recently, the unit members have picturised a high voltage action  entertainer on NTR and other baddies of the movie.

Earlier the movie was planned to release in January 2013 and then postponed to March and Now, the release date is fixed on March 28th.Seenu Vaitla is directing this Action and comedy entertainer. Kajal Agarwal is the heroine and SS Thaman is the music director. Bandla Ganesh is producing this high budget movie under Parameswara Arts banner.

SVSC Climax currently underway

Srikanth Addala, the director of this decade’s biggest multistarer, Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu casting Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh had began the filming the climax sequence of the movie.  Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh, Samantha, Anjali, Prakash Raj and other important artistes will participate in this schedule in Hyderabad.  The movie which was earlier scheduled for December 21st release will now release on January 11th due to shooting delays. On the other side, audio will release on December 13th on the occasion of Venkatesh’s Birthday.

Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu directed by Srikanth Addala and produced by Dil Raju casts Samantha and Anjali in the female lead roles. Guhan is cranking the camera and Mickey J Meyer is scoring music.

Mahesh Vs Charan In Telugu & Tamil

Superstar Mahesh Babu and Mega Powerstar Ramacharan have proved their mettle in 2012 like never before. After scoring stupendous hits, these heroes are locking horns with each other in two tinsel towns.

Apparently, Mahesh’s multi-starrer movie ‘Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ and Ramcharan’s mass-action entertainer ‘Naayak’ are aiming at Sankranthi slot for 2013. These two heroes are also competing with each other in tamil circuit with their dubbed movies.

Charan’s flopbuster ‘Orange’ is getting dubbed as ‘Hai Ramcharan’, while Mahesh’s smashing hit ‘Dookudu’ is getting released as ‘Adiradi Vettai’. While commercial results of these movies are different in Tollywood, in Tamil-land the result might be different. Because Ramcharan is already having seniority there after his ‘Magadheera’ scored well, Mahesh is yet to fascinate Tamil audiences.

And now she is in news once again after a brief gap.The latest news is that she has been roped in for Tamil actor Vikram Prabhu’s second film titled Ivan Veramadhiri. Vikram Prabhu, the grandson of legendary actor Sivaji Ganesan will soon make his debut in Kumki.

Saravanan is going to direct this film and this is his second film in Tamil after Engeyum Eppodhum, which became a huge hit last year. Lingusamy is going to produce this Vikram Prabhu, Monal Gajjar starrer on Tirupathi Brothers banner.

Tollywood off late, had a very simple equation for heroines. The prettier, the dearer to masses. This is a common trend which is evident in budding actresses who just tend to focus on maintaining a sizzling appearance in films more than anything else. But one girl in a glamour predominant industry made it different, We are speaking about Amala Paul who made her debut in Maina with a deglamourized role.

She believes that acting talent and screen presence are far more important things than just glamour. In her movie ‘Love Failure’, she emphasized on appearing as natural as possible and did not use makeup. “Makeup can only enhance your looks but will not transform your presence on the screen and so I do not give it a lot of importance. Performance is more important than simple glamour”, she says.

Amala Paul is now acting with Ram Charan in ‘Nayak’ and with Allu Arjun in ‘Iddaramayilatho’.

MIM indulging in religious blackmailing

Asauddin Owaisi led MIM withdrew its support over Bhagyalakshmi temple decoration during diwali and while political analysts are busy with their number games even as Cong High Command trying to pacify MIM to reconsider its decision,furious BJP alleged that MIM is indulging in religious blackmailing. They said that MIM leaders’ talk of their withdrawing support due to Govt decision allowing tarpaline cover over the temple was just a line. They said Govt is just following high court orders and accused MIM and its leaders behaving like cruel rajakars spewing venom and inturn painting BJP and RSS as criminals.

They alleged that archeological department examined place and then high court  issued status quo orders and that too only after MIM corporator went to court on the issue. BJP leaders alleged blackmailing for MIM is nothing new and if any fanatic organisation exists in the country then it is MIM. They condemned Govt for arresting for arresting Kishan Reddy while allowing MIM leaders with criminal cases and those indulged in violence attacking media vehicle go scot free. They joked that it is immaterial whether inept Govt stays in power in AP  and even if it goes thanks to MIM, people won’t be losing anything.

Cong High Command angry with CM

Cong High Command at center for the first time is experiencing the results of crowing inexperienced person as CM of the sensitive state like Andhra Pradesh. While already TRS is whipping up passions of telangana and YSRCP trying to pull the rug from under the feet, now its friendly party MIM withdrew support plunging it into problems. High command thought Kiran as CM will quell the rebellion inside and outside party, reign in YSRCP and TRS and strengthen the bond between MIM and Cong.
 
However it seems he failed on all friends and Sonia’s advisor Ahmed Patel expressed his unhappiness at party leaders and showed his frustration at CM Kiran’s inability in dealing with MIM.
 
Much to the shock of all, MIM made many wonder whether they withdrew their support for Kiran or for Cong since many times they cited as Kiran as their problem. They even compared him with PV.Narasimha Rao and accused him of supporting saffron BJP. Many feel they are trying to wean away muslim support from Cong which will sound deathknell to the party at this crucial juncture. Even when CM Kiran tried to get in touch with MIM chief Asad, he refused to speak to him showing his temper.

CM shocks Ministers

When political analysts, parties and leaders thought that MIM’s withdrawal of support to CM Kiran led Cong govt will send shivers down the spine of Kiran, he inturn shocked his ministers. Yesterday during festival when all ministers were busy with their celebrations, their mobiles rang much to their surprise. When they thought that CM called them to wish Diwali greetings, they were invited for a small discussion. All of them thought that CM will be discussing the tense atmosphere in the old city. Even entire media covered the news as though CM would be discussing about the issue.

However when entire team of cabinet met in the evening at 5.30 PM, much to the surprise of all CM Kiran shocked them speaking about Nilam cyclone. Just five minutes at the end of the speech he spoke about MIM issue saying he is bringing it to their notice. CM and then Home Minister maintained that they were just following the high court orders and rituals at the temple were in progress as normal every year during dussera. Dy CM intervened and said there were some other reasons behind MIM decision. Danam felt it’s below the dignity to speak about MIM issue at high level meet while Botsa said since MIM used to be their trusted partner one should not speak to media about the matter much.

Owaisi led MIM two days back gave shock to already problem ridden Sonia Gandhi led UPA at center by withdrawing its support both at the center and at state. Though at Center a single member party don’t matter much but in Andhra Pradesh where CM Kiran is facing problems every second with non cooperating ministers, sulking seniors, defiant telangana representatives and YSRCP coverts, it is like loss of precious treasure.

For long Owaisi and MIM is known for its closeness to YS.Jagan and YSRCP. It was due to YSR that MIM’s bonding with Cong has been strong for over 8yrs and now that Jagan in jail and his power in AP ever increasing, MIM is contemplating on having tieup with the party. He has been meeting Jagan in Chanchalguda jail many times and many suspect it was his closeness with Jagan that prompted this decision.

The party chose to whip up passions and raise tensions in Old city on Bhagyalakshmi temple decoration issue which is trivial as the decoration is done only using bamboos and sticks. On this pretext he withdrew support. Now MIM with seven MLAs is all set to give shocking strokes to Cong and one wonder how Kiran will survive these shocks.

Eerojullo Maruthi to direct Allu Sirish!

Allu Arvind has announced that he’s going to produce a film with Maruthi as a director under Geetha Arts banner. In the past, Geetha Arts had produced several big budget films like Magadheera, Jalsa, 100% Love and Badrinath. It is told that Allu Sirish will be playing the main lead in this movie.

Ileana shifts base to Mumbai

After a long house hunt, Ileana finally bought a flat in Mumbai recently. The actress has reportedly bought the flat in the posh location of Bandra and shifted her base from Hyderabad to Mumbai. She is currently staying alone in the flat and is planning to shift her family from Goa to Mumbai very soon. After tasting success with her debut film ‘Barfi’, Ileana is currently doing a romantic comedy flick ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ opposite Shahid Kapoor.

Ileana who ventured in to Tollywood with Ram’s Devadasu in 2006 elevated to star status and even became the first heroine in Telugu to take 1 crore remuneration. She had earned tremendous craze among the youth audience with her glamour but that does not leave things happy. She is always known for controversies and indiscipline. Now she has moved to Bollywood, leaving Tollywood behind.  She is yet to sign a film in Telugu after Devudu Chesina Maushulu and Julayi.
