As we know, star actress Samantha has made it public that she is taking a year off from her work in order to take some personal time. She wanted to stay away from the media lens and focus on her health issues due to which she has been suffering from over the past year or so. But her constant social media uploads regarding her foreign trips starting from Bali to the USA and then Austria made everyone think that she might not be away from the limelight.
It was earlier reported that her good friend Nandini Reddy is going to cast her as the heroine in her next project with ‘Star Boy’ Siddu Jonnalagadda. With Sam’s 1-year break coming into the picture, many expected her to not take up this project but her vacations made some people to think otherwise. The latest reports suggest that Samantha needs a year to get back to her best and will not be accepting any films as said before.
Apparently, Siddu and Nandini Reddy are now looking for another heroine who can perform. While Nithya Menen and Malavika Nair are always an option, sources say that they are also looking for a fresh face. Let us wait and see what happens.
On the other hand, Siddu Jonnalagadda is working on ‘Tillu Square’ which is a sequel to the super hit ‘DJ Tillu’. It was supposed to hit the screens on 15th September but got postponed. Anupama Parameswaran is the heroine in this youthful entertainer.
