Kick 3 and Racegurram 2 – Be Careful Please
Director Surender Reddy is pretty excited about “Kick 2” though there is enough criticism around the film. He stated that even “Race Gurram” is spelled the same way, and the commercial success of that film making its way into 50 crore club is known to everyone. On that note, he says, sequels are underway.
“I’ve liked the concepts of both Kick and Racegurram. As I’ve made Kick 2 now, Kick 3 will be in the offing for sure. Also I’m planning Racegurram sequel with Bunny. So, get ready”, says Surender Reddy, after reading the box office figures of Kick 2 for the first weekend. “There is some criticism and complaints about second half of the flick. For that reason, we’ve trimmed the second half. I’m not worried about critics as long as numbers are proving. These numbers are similar to what Race Gurram collected in initial days”, he adds.
However, critics do say that Surender Reddy should be more careful about Kick 3 and Racegurram 2 because he might fall in the routine vicious circle of delivering content in same pattern. Sequels are not such big hits in Tollywood, so Suri should pay more attention while coming up with innovative screenplay ideas with these films. That’s his strength anyway.
For the now, Suri is trying to narrate a script developed by Kona Venkat to Ram Charan. If the young mega star agrees, then the film will go on floors.
Chiru Sir!! Producers Should Change First
Yet again, Megastar Chiranjeevi has slammed the ongoing stuff in film industry about producers. While praising Dil Raju for his caring about any film project, his involvement into script and production, Chiru stated that such lively producers are needed for any film. “A producer is not a mere cashier, but he has to take care of everyone, everything and every single aspect. After the likes of Ashwini Dutt and Allu Arvind, Dil Raju is one such person who is a real producer” said Chiru. Well, these are one side sir, but there is opposite you should know.
There are many producers who doesn’t know the ‘abc’ of stories, script, production and passion. Having tonnes of real-estate and other easily earned money, these people just jump into making movies. When a star heroines dates are not available, they will pay her twice what her market actually is. That way they acquire dates and are responsible for escalating film production costs. Later they doesn’t even involve in script or anything but keep on pressuring director to deliver him a ‘super hit’. As long as these money backed producers continue to just invest and expect returns, they will be just cashiers only. If the way a producer gets respect should be changed, then the way they produce films should change. They themselves should change. This is true, Chiru sir!!!

He is an actor with talent and he has been part of some interesting films during the ’80s and ’90s. Now, he is playing character roles and he has been getting accolades for his performances.

Their Relationships Are Confusing
Following Naga Babu’s outburst, Pawan Kalyan turned up at Chiranjeevi’s house the next day and extended his birthday wishes to the mega-star.
The relationship between the mega-brothers is really baffling to the common public.
As far as Chiranjeevi is concerned, Naga Babu once said, “My brother (Chiranjeevi) is our God. But for him, we would not have been in this position today.”
In the same interview, he added that he was even contemplating suicide after faced with financial ruin following the debacle of ‘Orange’ but Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan bailed him out.
Naga Babu has always been a Lakshmana to Chiranjeevi, irrespective of whatever the latter did as a politician. But the industry gossip is that when ‘Orange’ became a disaster, Chiru did not bail out Naga Babu, it was only Pawan Kalyan.
It is rumored that Pawan Kalyan who was in South Africa at that time shooting for ‘Teen Mar’ took a loan of Rs 7 crores from Bandla Ganesh and gave it to Naga Babu. In return, Pawan Kalyan did not take any remuneration from Bandla Ganesh for ‘Gabbar Singh’.
If this episode is true, then Naga Babu would not have fired at Power Star fans in that matter.
