Pawan Kalyan – a confused man in Politics
Sorry AP, Modi is not Vajpayee
Politics is all about combinations and equations. The combination of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and PM Narendra Modi came into light again as the successor state of Andhra Pradesh is burning with the issue of Special Status. With Centre almost ruling out the Special Status to AP and assuring of “something” (some financial aid), its repercussions are wide, huge. Naturally, the union government is under fire and facing the public heat.
Close on the heels of self immolation and death of one Muni Koti demanding Centre for the Special Status to AP, political analysts predict that the demand is going to become bigger, louder and subsequently the movement is expected to rise further.
Blame it on Narendra Modi and his cabinet for not really looking into the woes of AP. Despite admitting that AP is going through severe financial crunch after losing Hyderabad (major revenue generator) to Telangana, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and government hasn’t clarified on the amount of financial aid that Centre is going to give and when. The two pertinent questions – How Much, When – haven’t been answered yet resulting in the hampering of AP’s growth by several years.
However, things were totally different during Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s reign. Vajpayee’s association with the then CM Chandrababu resulted in flourishing of AP and Naidu managed to use IT boom to the hilt which placed Hyderabad on the global map. Roads, infrastructure, railways saw a tremendous growth and Vajpayee-Naidu combo worked big for AP.
Cut to the present, Narendra Modi hardly helping Naidu and his government. In his one-and-a-half-year rule, the only once he visited AP was when Hudhud cyclone struck Vizag. Even the AP CM’s association with Modi doesn’t seem to yield any benefits to the state. This gross negligence, blatant U-turn by NDA is going to have long-lasting effect.
Mahesh’s Grand Debut on YouTube!
Superstar Mahesh Babu has finally made his debut on YouTube. On the eve of his 40th birthday, a YouTube channel on his name has been launched. The channel is opened with a greeting message from yesteryear superstar, father Krishna. Wishing Mahesh to celebrate many more birthdays, Krishna garu blessed him that he would increase his stardom and reach many more heights.
With none other than Mahesh entering into video-sharing platform, fans are over the mountain as they hoping that Mahesh would directly in touch and would post his own videos on regular basis. Minutes after the sharing of the video on his official social-networking page, the video received amazing response and comments poured in on wishing him birthday. Many of Mahesh fans started subscribing to Mahesh’s channel and response is said to be overwhelming than expected.
Ali garu, I’ll complain to Annapurana
Comedian Ali has faced brickbats from many till sometime back. Without taking his name, anchor Udaya Bhanu has blasted him for calling heroines as ‘philanther phagdis’. Later some online activists expressed their dissent at the happening comedian for the way he described Samantha’s waist as “Benz Circle”.
Though Samantha has taken Ali’s comments in a lighter vein, Udaya Bhanu, FB user Annapurna and others haven’t took them lightly. However, it is emerging that those from film and TV fraternity have started supporting Ali to a larger extent now. Recently anchor Syamala quipped, “Ali garu, If you talk like that, I’ll complain to Annapurana”. That’s a stark satire on that FB girl who expressed her dissatisfaction with Telugu cinema. Even Suma also supported Ali at a event, saying “meeru ila maatladithey meeku FB lo vuntadi mari”. All these things are nothing but defending the comedian.
No doubt, TV ladies are all there defending Ali, but we have to see how FB activists react to this. Maybe soon we’ll see people batting for Ali on silver screen too.

Snippet: 6 Types Of Telugu Cinema Fans
On a whole, there are five types of movie-fans among Telugu audiences, as per various jokes doing rounds on social networks. Here are 6 types of such fans, who talk about any of their latest movies in their own ways.
1) Hero-lovers: These fans admire their hero next to their favourite religions God. When the film releases, they immediately talk about 100 crores collection, beating all existing records and all.
2) Anti-fans: They are the hardcore fans of other heroes and their sole point is criticising the competitors. Irrespective of who the opponent is, and how good the movie is, they don’t praise.
3) Cynical fans: They love Hollywood and Korean films, and always speaks low about Telugu cinema. By their vast knowledge of various foreign films, they point out which scene is from where.
4) Cine lovers: These are guys who like each and every cinema. They enjoy songs, glamour, little humour or whatever. For them, watching a movie irrespective of who the hero and director are, is a hobby. They enjoy every film.
5) Piracy batch: These people never come to theatres though they like cinema. They depend on torrents and watch pirated movies hundreds of times. Sometimes unfortunately they end up in theatres too.
6) Activists fans: Finding fault with various scenes, these people talk about rights of animals first, then they say women are insulted and write pages of FB posts and 100s of tweets.
All these six-types of fans collectively contribute for films like Baahubali and Srimanthudu to succeed and contribute to the revenues.
Pawan saddened by Koti’s death
Muni Koti, the Congress leader from Tirupati who immolated himself demanding the centre to accord special status to Andhra Pradesh succumbed to his burns. Entire state is in an utter shock over Koti’s tragic death and several politicians from all parties have expressed their grief over this shocking news
Expressing his deepest condolences is Janasena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan. Pawan said that he is deeply saddened by the demise of Muni Koti and that he extends his condolences to his family members. Talking about the current tense situation across the state, Pawan said, “I am restraining myself from speaking further on ‘AP Spl Status’ in a volatile situation like this which caused his Death.”
Over the past few months, there have been numerous protests regarding the centre’s failure in according the special status to Andhra Pradesh, one of its poll promises last year. Every Pawan himself had requested the Indian Prime Minister Modi to save the state from its pathetic situation. It is high time that the centre comes up with a clear stance over special status.
Why Dasari Is Happy for Srimanthudu Success?
With accolades pouring in on team Srimanthudu from all corners, it’s the turn of ace and 150-movie-old director Dasari Narayana Rao to appreciate the team Srimanthudu.Congratulating director Koratala Siva, first-time producers Naveen, Ravi and Mohan, Dasari sent a big bouquet of beautiful red roses.
“This is not first time, he is sending bouquet to director, producers. Dasari has made it a practice to send bouquets to directors, producers when their movies are hit and get critical acclaim. Given that he is industry’s big wig, he is more than happy if a movie gets a hit talk. For Srimanthudu, he seems to be more happy as this is the second blockbuster in a month in Telugu film industry. He felt that it’s an achievement to score blockbuster soon after a massive success like Baahubali,” said an industry source.
The source added that it wasn’t easy to pull in crowds for second time in a month who might have watched a big film only few days ago. All in all, Telugu cinema industry is flourishing with two back-to-back successes.
