Megastar Chiranjeevi finally fulfilled his long lasting dream of becoming a minister and wielding power. Any person will enter politics to ultimately achieve power and Chiranjeevi attained it with in three years is itself an achievement. Many politicians are in politics nurturing dreams for years and even spent a life time and some couldn’t fulfill their dream. Though he achieved this by merging his party with Congress, that is immaterial now as his ambition is achieved.
 
Megastar’s family is always powerful in Tollywood and now one wonder whether he is bringing any presents on the happy and momentous occasion to his mega family members. Already his son Ram Charan is making Bollywood debut and now that he is a Minister, more Bollywood offers will surely come in his way. Chiru is also having plans to open film studio in Vizag and it will be sanctioned immediately.
 
It has to be seen whether it will be confined to it there or will extend to his family members also.Nagababu and Allu Arjun are there and one has to wait and see whether Chiru encourage Allu Arjun to make Bollywood debut. His brother in law Allu Aravind wields enough power and will surely gain. Even Cherry’s father in law Apollo Groups CMD may find favors from Union Govt. Interesting one to watch is whether Chiru will present something to his brother Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. And if so what?

Hansika too ‘Hot’ to handle

Hansika who after capturing the attention of all as ‘Rasna Baby’ made her debut in Tollywood starring opposite stylish star Allu Arjun. Her innocent looks and chubby face instantly made men lose their hearts and sleep chanting her name. She went on to feature in many films and when there was slump in her career she shifted her sights to Kollywood. She was instant hit there and fans even started comparing her with star actress Khushboo. Since tamil tambis are fascinated by buxom beauties she never took care of her figure, and now Hansika also became like Khushboo.
 
She recently featured in Vishnu starrer Denikaina Ready and though her looks are hot Vishnu found her too heavy to handle. Many film makers feel, that her heavy weight personality may prevent film makers from approaching her with plum offers. However Hansika says that she has got couple of projects in tollywood.Movie analysts and fans say if Hansika don’t take any corrective measures and hit gym straight away it will be curtains for her on tollywood silver screen as many slim beauties are waiting in the wings to make their mark. It has to be seen how much will get into Hansika’s ears.

Balayya to give chance to that flop director

Going by the reports, Nandamuri Balakrishna had okayed a project directed by Amma Rajashekar. The choreographer turned director Amma Rajashekar made his debut with Gopi Chand’s Ranam which went on to become huge hit. Later he directed Ravi Teja’s Khatarnak and his career could not sustain from then. He reportedly came up with an ambitious script this time.

This project will be produced by CR Manohar Naidu who earlier produced movies like Ranga The Donga and Mahatma with Srikanth. More details on this project are awaited.

Sudeep increases remuneration after Eega

After Rajamouli, it is undoubtedly Sudeep hogged the lime light with his performance in Eega. It is raining offers for him after this movie and now it is told that he has signed another Telugu movie. He is set to play a very important role in Action, a 3D action-comedy film being directed by producer turned director Anil Sunkara.

Starring Allari Naresh in the lead role, Action 3D has already completed major shooting part and now Sudeep is roped in to do a brief but pivotal character. For, this he is reportedly charging a huge remuneration and the producers have agreed to pay the bomb. The film is simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil.

Tapsee replaces Richa in Iddarammayilatho

Allu Arjun’s Iddarammayilatho had under gone a change in its plans. Richa Gangopadhyay, one of the female leads in the movie was replaced by Tapsee in the movie. She will be the main lead of the movie now and Amala Paul the other heroine will reprise the role of Richa. The movie will go on to sets in second week of November in Australia.

Iddarammayilatho is about an Indian youngster falling in love with two young girls in a foreign country. Major part of the film has to be filmed on foreign locations as per the script. The movie was recently launched formally and the regular shoot commences from November 2nd week. Most of the movie will be shot in foreign locales.Devi Sri Prasad who delivered many hits with Bunny will be scoring music for this movie. Ganesh Babu will be producing the movie under Parameswara Arts banner.

Rana’s KVJ to be dubbed in Hindi

To encash Rana Daggubati’s acquaintance to Bollywood audience, the makers of Rana’s latest movie “Krishnam Vande Jagatgurum” are planning to tap the Hindi market by releasing a dubbed version of it. Rana made his Bollywood debut with “Dum Maaro Dum” and was later seen in Ram Gopal Varma’s “Department”.

Directed by Krish, KVJ is a high-end action film, featuring actress Nayanthara in the female lead.The film was due to hit theatres in Tamil and Telugu languages Nov 9. However, it will now be dubbed in Hindi too. The movie is titled in Tamil as Ongaram.

Charan or Mahesh in Khaidhi remake?

Censor Board erases thin red line

During these days new releases are courting controversies even after passing through the strict review of members of the censor board. One wonder whether film makers or censor board members are going wrong. If so where they are going wrong. Had censor board and film makers discharged their duties effectively and honestly, controversies on ‘Cameraman Gangato Rambabu’, ‘Denikaina Ready’ and ‘Woman in Brahminism’ wouldn’t have occurred.
 
Earlier last August ‘Mugguru’ starring Navdeep, Avasarala Srinivas, Rahul, Ali, Sraddha Das was released by SUresh Productions. The film consisted of three minute comedy clip according to the film makers. In that track there won’t be any dialogues and it will be a mookie. If one happen to watch that clip, it highlights the cheap and disgusting taste of film makers, directors and censor board members. Alll will agree in unison that Censor Board is not keen on providing any feel good films to movie lovers.
 
The comedy track stars off with Ali showing his index finger closing all ohters towards ohter heroes. From then on Ali and these three heroes will be seen moving one article and other and gives feeling that it pierced them in their private parts.The film is produced by Movie Moghul Ramanaidu and directed by VN.Aditya. If a kid asks their parents what was going on and their expressions, they will be embarrassed to the core.
 
Not all the members of the censor board get to watch the film and even those who watch will not get opportunity to express their objections. Most of the members doesn’t even know how to put their views on paper and some are scared of losing their post. They are in only due to their political and other influence. Even film makers are confident to get censor certificate and so they come to censor after announcing the release date.
 
Film makers dare not take chances of making fun of those religions and castes as they piss in their pants if they anger them and only find soft targets. In seemandra made films other region people will be seen as villains and vice cersa. Unless until movie lovers reject these kind of films, film makers will not change.

Rayapati gets Royal Treatment

Few days back when Guntur MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao did not find his name in the list of shorlised ministers to be sworn in as Union Ministers, Rayapati expressed his displeasure with the Cong High Command and questioned how seniors like him could be ignored. However now it seems he is getting Royal Treatment for his seniority as could be seen his company TransTrai getting Polavaram Project. Irrigation Ministry recieved a note from CM to enter into MOU with the company ,with in 15days after verifying the documents. Now rumors are agog that he was given Polavaram tenders since he was not given TTD Chairman or Union Minister post. Soma Company already approached court that Rayapati Company’s Russian Certificate is bogus for which High Court directed the authorities to verify the documents.
 
However once again Govt presented the tender to the same company.Opposition is up in arms over CM’s decision TJS lder Kavitha already warned that if the Govt goes ahead with the tenders, she will approach the court. TRS and other telangana parties are opposing the project tooth and nail and now these kind of assigning of tenders adds fuel to fire. It has to be seen how Govt comes out of the situation.

Kavuri taking High Command for a ride

Senior MP Kavuri Sambasiva Rao who is furious over being ingnored time and again during cabinet expansion at Union Govt, is taking most powerful Cong High Command for a ride.Kavuri is brining all his political experience and showing that he is still loyal to Sonia and Cong, he is not budging down from his stand. He with his resignation threat is making his moves in a planned manner. Buzz is Digvijay Singh is coming to AP on 6th of this month to pacify him, not to take the extreme step.

Kavuri who dashed off his resignation letter to Sonia and Speaker, also sent some more letters to Sonia. A worried Digvijay Singh tried to pacify Kavuri as both worked together as AICC members. Digvijay assured that he will speak to Sonia and Rahul and promised to come back to him on 6th. Kavuri, a five time MP winning in 1984,89,2004,2009 is keeping Sonia Gandhi abreast of all happenings so that they can not accuse him of taking decisions in haste. Now everything depends on what decision Cong high command takes on Kavuri Samba Sivarao and cong workers say his continuation depends on the decision of Sonia and whether it will make Kavuri happy.

Tourism Minister Chiru trumpeting

Megastar Chiranjeevi who recently became new Tourism Minister in Union Govt today boasted that he would do wonders to tourism in the country as a whole and especially to the state of Andhra Pradesh. Chiru promised to become brand ambassador for the ministry and began selling ‘Incredible India’ by promising to increase the number of tourist arrivals and easing restrictions for film shooting in the country. He boasted that  Prime Minister Manmohan Singh told him that he was chosen to head the Tourism Ministry because he himself was a “brand ambassador” and the “glamour quotient” which is attached to him.

Hailing from West Godavari which has many tourist spots famous Kolleru lake, Papi Hills, Ksheeraramam, Dwaraka Tirumala, he can do wonders if he really gets his act together. Even people from the district expect the same from him but they are skeptical as he showed his power hungriness in merging his party with Cong Party. Ironically AP’s tourism minister Vatti Vasantha Kumar also hails from the same place but till now no development happened and none dared to act to clean Kolleru lake. Chiru stated that none of his predecessors paid any attention to Tourism and he will be the trend setter in the Ministry.

This is success troy two. Now it seems that both these successes are resulting in Manchus turn headstrong as they are not willing to listen to other peoples view points. It is a known fact that the film ‘Denikaina Ready’ contains many scenes that belittle Brahmin community in particular priests as a whole.However with out budging down they started attacking and even assaulting the protestors. One wonder will the situation be same if some telangana portesters come to their house?

Nani goes Michael Jackson’s way

It has been reported that Creative director Krishna Vamsi and Actor Nani’s new film is tittled ‘Paisa’. The shooting of the movie is nearing completion with only a couple of songs to be canned.

Our sources in Tollywood tells us that Krishna Vamsi who is well known for his all time blockbuster song sequences, has come up with a super concept for a song in the movie. The producers have allocated more than Rs.1 crore without even a second thought. The costumes designed for Nani including shoes and other accessories are embellished with world famous Swarovski crystals. Atleast 20,000 crystals are used for each suit while two of such suits are made. The trend might have been inspired from the legendary Micheal Jackson who wore many Swarovski crystal costumes earlier for his concerts. Each suit costed 7.5 Lakh for the producer!

Malayalam actress Katherine Theresa is playing the love interest of Nani in  ‘Paisa’. ‘Mirapakay’ producer Ramesh Puppala is producing the movie under Yellow Flowers banner and Santosh Rai is handling the lens.

Hansika is the busiest bee in South

Despite the brickbats from critics for becoming plump in her recent movie, Denikaina Ready, Buxoum babe Hansika is having a busy time in South. She is currently having seven projects in hand and that does not take any thing from her Telugu career. She is currently having three projects lined in Telugu and is busy shuffling between Chennai and Hyderabad.

The actress is said to be compared with younger version of Kushboo as she looks more or less like her.  Her cherub-by and glam doll looks have attracted the audiences in Kollywood. Snoopy sources reveal that some fans in Madurai are planning to erect a temple for Hansika.

Music is one of the reasons for that movie success and is unarguably the best album in Pawan Kalyan’s career. Devi and Trivikram will very soon begin the music sittings of the movie.

Hare Rama Hare Krishna is reportedly the title in consideration for the movie. Tollywood golden leg Samantha  is all set to Pawan Kalyan in this film for the first time. BVSN Prasad is going to produce the movie on his Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra Pvt. Ltd. banner. Reliance Entertainments is the co-producer. More details of this movie are expected soon.

Mahesh works non stop with out rest

The latest schedule of Mahesh Babu’s upcoming movie will be wrapped up today. The unit had shot for a song and few scenes in the movie in exotic locations of Goa for about 15 days. Mahesh will fly back to Hyderabad tonight and will join SVSC shooting in Hyderabad. He will shoot for SVSC till the completion of his portion in the movie.

SVSC is all set for release on December 21st. Then, he will fly to a 40 days schedule to Hungary and Germany. There they will shoot some crucial portions of talkie and 2 songs.Anil Sunkara, Gopichand and Ram Achanta are producing the film under 14 Reels Entertainments banner. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. Rathnavelu is cranking the camera.

Pawan Kalyan to team up with Murugadoss

AR Murugadoss who is currently riding high with the success of Thupaki is all set to direct Power Star Pawan Kalyan very soon. Geetha Arts is the most probable choice to produce this film, which might go on floors next year after Trivikram’s film. In 2006, when Chiranjeevi is contemplating the idea of foraying in to Politics, he wanted a message oriented movie to sum up his career. He then chose Murugadoss for Stalin and later had an exit from movies. That was Murugadoss’ last direct Telugu film

CBN’s new revelations

Chandra Babu Naidu, president of TDP is trying his best to motivate his cadre and keep his folk together. He is on state wide tour in the name of ‘Vastunna Meekosam’ padayatra and is keen on erasing his image as a person who don’t stand on his words. He got this image when he once said free power to farmers is utter waste and they can only get their clothes dried on electric wires. He later changed his opinion while in opposition and is issuing statements from Govt to provide fee power to farmers.

This is only just one example. Now with all his rival parties targeting Babu for his lack of credibility and clear stand on one issue, CBN decided to counter them taking TRS chief KCR and YSRCP party. He said KCR is a liar and taking people for a ride. He stated that had he been made minister, KCR wouldn’t have raised the telangana issue. He said KCR is making money in the name of telangana movement.

Having dig at YSR, he said YSR had no credibility and lacks honesty. He said that was the reason why Jagan made so much money as YSR turned blind eye to his deeds. It has to be seen whether there are any takers for CBN’s arguments.

Will ‘Puri Rasina Premakatha’ ensure brother’s success

It has to be seen whether Puri’s premakatha will ensure his brother Sai Ram Shankar’s success.

Film revolves around a US girl played by Adonika Rodricks falling in love with a Indian girl on her visit to India. The film is touted to be a mass romantic entertainer and both Puri and Sai are keeping their fingers crossed.
