Collection King Mohan Babu is known for head strong attitude and due to this he found himself in many problems on numerous occasions. Mohan Babu is over the moon with his son Manchu Vishnu finally tasting success on silver screen with his comedy entertainer ‘Denikaina Ready’. But even before he could savor and enjoy the success with all his family members and film unit, various brahmin organisations took objection to various scenes which showed them in a low manner. Though many films also showed brahmins in bad taste, it was overboard this time.

Had Mohan Babu showed some concern to the sentiments of the community, things would have been different. But he commented  ‘They are ‘Kiraayi Brahmins’ and I would have donated (Chanda) them some money, if I was at Home’. Stung by his comments they filed cases in Neredmet Court and even approached the Film Chamber of Commerce and Censor Board.

To the top of it priests in Guntur followed the ritual of citing the powerful mantras and have performed ‘Pinda Pradanam’ in the name of Manchu mohan babu. Later on they have collected 20 cheques of each Rs.1,116 to be posted to mohan babu as a Donation (Chanda). They have even done ‘Shatru Peeda Homam.’ It has to be seen how these homams will effect Mohan Babu and even Vishnu who said he will settle the matter in courts.

Kollywood director Murugadoss is known for his sensational films. His creativity is hailed as the best in Indian film makers and many rave about him and his films. Murugadoss though did not taste commercial hit with ‘7th sense’ touched upon a unique story line which stunned all. Now he is asking Vijay to create sensation by presenting him his ‘Tupaki’. Murugadoss even gave an open invitation to all Tollywood top heroes asking him to take his ‘Tupaki’. He said , ‘Telugu Heroes should increase their market in Tamil Nadu like the way Tamil Heroes are doing here. Telugu directors should do movies with Tamil Heroes and Tamil Directors with Telugu Heroes. This is one way, we can increase the commercial output of South movies.’

Now it has to be seen which Tollywood hero try to be a trendsetter in Kollywood just like their counterparts Surya, Karthi, Vikram,Vishal,Vijay and others. Even once top hero Sivaji Ganessan son Prabhu is sizzling on tollywood silver screen.

Temples safe place for Thefts

Never in the history of any party’s rule has people witnessed thefts in temples on daily basis. During the Cong regime devotees have witnessed collapsing of ‘Dhwaja stambhas’ of renowned temples with Govt not paying attention to the warnings sent by temple authorities.

Now to the top of it thieves have been targeting temples in the city and are looting ornaments of immense value from the deities even breaking the idols in the process. If and when hindus angered by Govt inaction take out processions, violence erupts with other communities targeting the protestors.

Even when so much his happening, ruling Cong Govt is sleeping with its inaction reaching peak.Before the devotees could forget the thefts in Laldarwaja and Uppuguda temples, yesterday thefts stole away from Bangaru Pochamma temple at Malakpet.

The manner in which the robbery happened many suspect that the real intention is not to steal something worthy as they have left even more valuables than they stole but only to hurt the sentiments of hindus. Devotees are furious with Govt for its inaction and are pained at the manner in which their holy places of worship are targeted. One wonders what Home Minister and CM say about this.

Cong High Command is at its wits end on how to rein in Jagan Reddy who is sending shivers even when he is languishing in jail. The condition of opposition parties is no better. But Cong with power in its hands doled out Cabinet Minister Posts taking into consideration caste, creed and other issues that play important role during elections.

Buzz is Reddy leaders in state Cong are meeting secretly to chalkout a strategy so that those who sided with Jagan could be bought back to Cong fold. Kotla Surya Prakash Reddy who recently became Cabinet Minister is taking the initiative in this ‘Operation Reverse’. He met Former Minister JC.Divakar Reddy and Kadapa MLA Veera Siva Reddy. Both are now getting ready now to counter Jagan.

However many Reddy leaders in Cong are fuming that Kapus and other castes are given undue importance and after doing all that now even if they organise these kind of meets, it will not fetch any favorable results. However Kotla fresh from taking charge as Cabinet Minister is fully charged up to counter Jagan’s ‘Operation Akarsh’ with his own ‘Operation Reddys’. He even had discussion with CM Kiran.It has to be seen who will emerge victorious in this Reddy war.

Vishnu to remake Jagadheka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari

Manchu Vishnu is a very happy man. He finally grabbed the much awaited success with his recent release, Denikaina Ready. He is on track to remake his father’s Assembly Rowdy for his next movie. He also expressed his desire to remake Chiranjeevi’s super hit movie, Jagadheka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari. He declared that the movie was his all time favourite movie and would not mind remaking it if and only if Chiranjeevi permits.

Vishnu’s father Mohan Babu and Chiranjeevi share a peculiar relationship which they call ‘Tom and Jerry’ relationship.

RGV to make a movie on Savita Bhabhi

For those who are not aware, Savita Bhabhi is possibly India’s first porn character. The character initially appeared in a freely available comic strip which was later on converted into a subscription based strip. The character was introduced by Puneet Agarwal in March 2008. Mirchi shooting reaches last leg

The shooting of Young rebel star Prabhas’ Mirchi has reached its final leg. The latest schedule of the movie will begin today in Tenkasi. Two songs and three fights which remained in the movie will be shot in this schedule. On the otherside, the post production of the movie is going on at brisk pace. The makers are planning to release the movie for Sankranthi.

The movie is being directed by Koratala Shiva and produced by Vamshi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati jointly on the banner of UV Creations banner. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer of the movie. This film also stars Brahmanandam, Satyaraj, Aditya menon and Satyam Rajesh in other important roles.

Criminal case filed on Mohan Babu

On the special instructions by a court in Malkajgiri, Cyberabad police had registered a criminal case on the unit of Denikaina Ready. A Public Interest Litigation was filed in the court alleging derogatory comments on Brahmin community in the movie. The agitators gave a representation to members of the AP Film Chamber of Commerce, complaining about the movie’s producer and the director also they have held a demonstration in front of  Mohan Babu’s Film Nagar residence. They specifically pointed out that the movie’s director, G Nageswar Reddy, had earlier, too, insulted their community, in his movie ‘Seema Shastry’.

Charan and Kajal shake legs in Saradhi studios

Dubbing artists cursing SVSC unit

The unit of Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu seem to have decided to make dubbing artists life tough. The heroines of the movie have decided to dub for their characters themselves. Samantha had already began dubbing and finished the dubbing of her role in the first half. On the other side, Anjali, the second female lead of Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimallle Chettu had began dubbing for her role in the movie. The latest schedule of the movie is currently underway in Hyderabad. Mahesh will join the shoot very soon. The audio will be launched in the third week of November and movie will hit the screens on December 21st.

Samantha is playing Mahesh Babu’s heroine in this film. Anjali is the  another heroine.Mickey J Meyer has composed the music. Srikanth Addala is directing this movie on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. K V Guhan is the cinematographer.

Cong High Command under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi is leaving no stone unturned to save its power by coming back to head Govt at center in 2014. Recently it reshuffled cabinet to give new look and escape from corruption allegations. Now Rahul Gandhi who till now did not taste victories where ever he campaigned shortlisted some 50 young leaders across the nation to form a core group or ‘Sena’ who will be entrusted the task of leading the party to victory. He selected 6 from Andhra Pradesh and to all of them he took induction classes at Bengaluru.
 
He asked them to conduct a survey in all constituencies and then suggest three names for each constituency. From AP Rahul shortlisted Rudraraju Padmaraju, K.Yadav Reddy, Kandula Lakshmi Durgesh, Former MLC Gidugu Rudraaraju,Women Leader Ganga Bhavani, Bhanu Prasad. Gidugu and Kandula will be going to Maharashtra, Bhanu Prasad for Odissa, Rudra Raja and Gangabhavani for TN and Yadav Reddy for Kerala. Incharges for AP is not yet known.
 
Till now Rahul’s best laid plans in all elections went for a toss as party tasted humiliations at the hands of opponents. Lets wait and watch how successful his latest strategy will be.

KCR to fire T-Movement

KCR the architect of telangana movement has been calm for quite sometime nurturing hope against hope that Cong and his Goddess Sonia would grant him the boon of Telangana state formation. He waited for her darshan in Delhi for more than 20days and when nothing happened, he returned back as a disappointed lot. This entire development left his party TRS, leaders and cadre searching for answers as opposition fired them with questions as to why their leader KCR been sitting calm when nothing was happening at Center. They even accused him of selling Telangana for Power and other monetary benefits and personal gains.
 
KCR did not open his mouth for quite some time but now with Chandra Babu on padayatra in telangana and is getting huge response and Sharmila waiting in wings to enter telangana, KCR is getting ready to fire telananga movement once again. He is meeting all his party leaders, TJAC, NGOs to chalk out his strategy so that it will have deadly impact in state and sound deadknell to Cong High Command at center.
 
It has to be seen how successful KCR will be in his attempts as there are lot of differences in various organizations fighting for the cause of telangana.

2011 witnessed sensational dubbing attack especially from Kollywood which made even top Tollywood stars run for cover postponing their films. Such was the attack that top film makers even clamored for ban on dubbing films as they are eating away their profits. This situation arose due to substandard storyline of telugu films and at the same time creative and innovative narration of kollywood films.
 
Movie lovers used to consider Kamal Hasan, Karthi, Vikram, Vishal,Surya as telugu heroes only and give tremendous response to their films like straight telugu films. This bowled these heroes who envisaged plans of doing their own dubbing and even starring in straight telugu films. However all that changed in 2012 as most of the crazy dubbing films disappeared from silver screen much to the shock of these heroes.
 
When Karthi’s Awara became tremendous hit, his debut film Paruthiveeran was released as Malligadu. But it bombed at box office and similar is the case with Sakuni. His brother Surya’s case is no different as his prestigious Brothers did not do well. Vikram’s Sivatandavam, Jeeva’s Mask, Adi’s Ekaveera, Shankar’s Snehitudu and Dhanush’s Kolaveridi special ‘3’ all went with out trace. It is no different for Ok Ok, Nirantaram Nee Oohale, Reniguna and many other films.This proved that only strong storyline and gripping narration is the sure way to success.

Many started wondering what is making leaders and cadres from other parties look towards YSRCP. As if this is not enough even Tollywood stars are getting ready to shine in his party. King Nagarjuna met Jagan’s business partner Nimmagadda Prasad couple of months back while Vishnu some time back expressed anguish at Prasad being in jail. Mohan Babu met him sometime back and yesterday Jagapathy babu showed his concern meeting him in jail. Super Star Krishna is a staunch supporter of Jagan.This shows that YSRCP is setting its sights on Tollywood to pull some coup of sorts by roping in as many stars as possible.

Music sensation Devi Sri Prasad is currently on a cloud nine. It is not that he won a lottery or grabbed a big ticket project. Going in to detail, the audio release of ‘Maranthen Mannithen’  (Tamil version of Gundello Godari) took place in Chennai. The makers have arranged a live performance of Ilayaraja on this occasion. While performing on stage, he suddenly called out to Devi Sri to join him in the act. A thrilled DSP was only too happy to oblige. “Culdnt believe what hpnd there.. Raja sir was singin on stage n suddenly he called me n asked me to sing along..!! Greatet feeling Everr..!!” , tweeted DSP.

Veedu Theda fame Chinni Krishna had narrated a script to Nithin and impressed him. The movie titled ‘Dilwala’ also had its formal muhurath launch but later Nithin decided to walk out of it due to creative differences with producer Bellamkonda.  And now we hear that Chinni Krishna had approached Manchu Manoj with the script. Manoj reportedly liked it immensely and had given him a nod. We will have to see if Bellamkonda Suresh is still the producer of this project.

Manchu Manoj is currently on a long break from movies after his last movie ‘Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara’ bombed at the box office. Manoj is desperately in need of a commercial hit. More details of Dilwala very soon!

Okkadine Release date

Nara scion Rohit’s latest offering Okkadine has completed its shooting formalities and is currently in post production phase. The audio of the movie was recently released and received good response. The makers are planning to release the movie on 23rd November.

Directed by Srinivasa Raga of Katha fame said that the audio of the film, which was launched a few days back, is getting good response. Sai Kumar, Chandra Mohan, Kota and Ali play important roles in this film, which has soundtrack provided by Karthik. Chintapalli Ramana is penning the dialogues.

Dasari lays hands on Ram Charan’s Nayak

Dasari Narayana Rao owned Siri media had bagged the Nizam distribution rights of Ram Charan’s upcoming movie, Nayak. This deal had reportedly costed a whopping 10.5 Crore for Siri media. This amount does not include prints and publicity costs.

This is a huge amount considering the fact Ram Charan’s earlier movie, Racha costed its Nizam distributor 7.47Cr  NRA price. This indicates the craze of Nayak in trade circles. Nayak is all set for release on January 9th in the Sankranthi season. Kajal Agarwal and Amala Paul are acting as the female leads. VV Vinayak is directing the movie while DVV Danayya is producing the movie under Universal movies banner. Thaman is composing the music.
